Experience
Because playing in this medium is slow, I will attempt to give every benefit when assigning experience rewards. One way in which I do this is by counting every opponent individually; if three henchmen were beaten, they each count as a minor threat at 25 to 50 XP apiece. Another way in which the PCs benefit is that I will assign XP to the group; if a PC uses a skill which generates 25 XP, that bonus is gained by everyone in the game.
