Just write in your pieces with what they're going to do.

The start space is which grid space they start at this week. Target is which grid space they are going to. End space is where they are ending their turn (usually back where they started).
The opening is just to give you some RP. You can write a narrative response like a roleplaying game. It tends to make the game more interesting than just throwing orders and results back and forth. Plus, since the quests tend to be tailored plot-wise to the RP, it allows the GM to tailor make some of the RP to your characters. It's pretty cool.
