By the way, if any of you are interested, here is the preview file for Wearing the Cape:

While it doesn't have much on mechanics, it does give some interesting setting information.

They called, but my phone wouldn't connect. I sent an email, and it hasn't been replied to. For now I'm hoping it's just because of the long weekend.

So.

I was going to work on reviving this today, but then RPoL was offline all day, and now I'm beat. I'll see if we have better luck tomorrow.

Re: Homeroom (Out of Character)
As a quick update, the Wearing the Cape RPG kickstarter completed successfully. I have the Pre-Release pdf of the rules and it looks good.

I will likely start recruiting for my Superhero game early to mid April. I will offer you spots before I go public. I don't want a really big game, too many players slow things down and more than six will overwhelm me.

Thank you all so much for your patience with me. This may well be the last round of this battle, but it's coming to a close pretty soon, and then I think things will flow more easily on my end.

Only if Cassandra's luck runs out.  I'm pretty sure her ability to dodge and tank almost everything perfectly is her real power.  :p

She's been hit several times, she's bleeding in several places, and in fact may well have suffered some lasting injuries in the form of broken bones. She just hasn't seemed to have felt any of it.

Re: Homeroom (Out of Character)
Hey all! As I mentioned, I'm putting together a FATE based superhero game. I'm using the Wearing the Cape rules from Marion G. Harmon - the author of the Wearing the Cape series of books.

I haven't opened it for RTJs yet and would like to give you first chance at joining. I'm looking for five or six players.

Re: Homeroom (Out of Character)
If you do want to join, just send me an RTJ and tell you who you played in this game! Once we have enough players, we'll start working out characters and what not.

Re: Homeroom (Out of Character)
Of course, I remember you! I loved this game and the characters in it. Well, at least those that stuck around until the end. I have much less fondness for the Jedi and one or two others.

Recruitment for my game is open only to players of this game until Friday afternoon. Then I will advertise on the FATE Discussion Boards. If needed, I will post on Looking for Players on the 11th.

Re: Homeroom (Out of Character)
Hey, just checking in. Thanks for the consideration Angel, but I'm gonna give it a pass this time. Got too much stuff on the go at the moment to give another game the proper attention.

That, and I'm not really a fan of FATE myself, although I guess I can't give a good reason why.

Hope it goes great for you though!
