The thread for Keri and Tony's class with Professor Henningsen on Tuesday afternoon, September 1st.
The Professor is running slightly late - as can be expected given the event of that same morning. Keri and Tony have a few minutes of time alone in the science classroom...

"Yeah, I had to build a new computer after I killed mine. Back before I learned not to let myself build up too much. And I've worked on motors at my Uncle Jake's shop before. But robots" she shakes her head "No, I wish."

"When I asked about robots, I meant like tiny ones that you can put together with bits and pieces of electronic scrap or stuff you can get from Radio Shack. I used to scrounge for stuff whenever my folks were throwing away old electronics. You never know what stuff you might find. I used to build some off designs on the Internet or just from scratch for science projects or just for fun."

(Tuesday 9-1-15 Afternoon)"Yeah, he's a general repairman, mechanic... he says he should have been a tinker, but he was born too late for that, so he makes do. I used to hang out there, and he'd let me help out." A mixture of amusement and relief glances across her face. "Lucky for me, too, because did I mention I killed the TV? During the World Cup qualifiers? My whole family nearly murdered me for that one. If we hadn't been able to replace it, they would have."
"Anyways," she shrugs. "No kits, and no classes in school. Just tinkering. How about you?"
