Dennis picks them up on time, bringing them - and their large order of carne asada fries for Tony - back to the mansion without complaint.
Upon returning to the mansion, Tamera is true to her word, and the first thing she does is drag Lyta into the girl's bathroom for a thorough cleaning. An hour or so later, Tammy is looking for 聲gel without bothering to return to daytime clothes first...
If that's too much skip, just say so. Otherwise, please describe where 聲gel is when Tammy finds him.

"But what Lyta said about the police killing Mike pulled me back. The way she said it makes me worried that she's seen mutants killed by the police before. This is one of the reasons I hate seeing mutants involved in criminal activity." He sighs.
"Sometimes I get so frustrated with the way my brain works. As my abuelo says, I'm all gas, no brake. I see something wrong and I want to fix it immediately. I need to learn how to slow down and think things through. But it's hard to do. My heart is beating, my blood is pumping, and I'm ready to GO!
"During the fight with Mike, I spent more of my efforts fighting myself than him. He hurt me, but nothing serious. I was hurt worse in a fight before my change. I was fifth placed in the national Silver Gloves three years ago, trust me I got hit hard a few times. Don't get me wrong, Mike's faster than me, but still..." He sighs again. She can feel him slump into his chair slightly.
"Thanks for saving me by the way. I felt lost out there."

He kisses her again then, after a bit, pulls away. "Now would probably be a good time to move then." He lets her get up from his lap before standing. He follows her to her room.
