Conversions from the World of Warcraft RPG
A number of conversions will be done from the World of Warcraft RPG to create the Warcraft flavour. Players are encouraged to help convert some of the material if they wish to offer their aid.

The following things require little to no conversion:

  • Spells
  • Feats
  • Armor & Weapons

The following require conversion with extra considerations:

  • Base Classes (Scout, Tinker)
  • Prestige Classes (Archmage, Demon Hunter)
  • Creature Classes

In reply to DM (msg # 1):

for demon hunter, there is the inquisitor archetype cold iron warden, although i suppose it doesn't cover the metamorphosis shenanigans. Maybe if the need arises you can use it as a base.

Thanks for the advice! Converting prestige classes seems to be somewhat easier than converting base classes. If need be, I can pad out the Demon Hunter with features from the Felsworn prestige class.

and although i don't know the mechanics of the WoW RPG Scout class, there's both the Ranger core class and the Scout archetype for Rogues to cover that.

That's true! I kind of messed up, though. I thought the World of Warcraft RPG used the 3.5 scout class which gains benefits from moving during his round.

well, the scout archetype does just that ;)

if you describe what each class that you want to port does maybe we can help you out with conversions. I don't have access to WoW RPG material.

I'm only converting what's going to be used. So if you'd like to use a class from the World of Warcraft RPG or some other place, we can look at how it would fit your backstory (if that's relevant) and then I'll work on converting it, if neccesary.
