How is information communicated? Is there a massive computer network like the Internet, and is it interplanetary or localized to specific planets? Are there TV/radio?

How easy is it to get a message from one planet to another?

First of all thanks for the questions.
Personal close range (like cellphones) Comms are common. Planets might have specific networks for information. It is far simpler than our internet. FTL radio exists but it is low bandwidth. Information is fairly simple but it allows you to communicate between systems. The infrastructure for these are always based on large structures like planets and artificial habitats.

Getting a message from one planet to another depending on sensitivity of information may be best done by courier.

Racism isn't very common at all. This is partial due to how intermingled the races are. I hadn't given much thought to gay and trans rights but i would probably choose that they are fairly progressive especially in Imperium zones vs Eldritch but over all fairly progressive.

How fast are the fastest starships? Do we have High-Performance Spacecraft, or is there some psychotronic technology for faster-than-light travel?

Also, what are the main systems' names, and how long does it take to travel between them?

Most ships have psionic drives for Reactionless travel. This is low performance. High performance ships would be more of small metal boxes that are powered by telekinetic power. That's an exaggeration but high performance ships are meant for very short travel. Cramped and limited on their distance.

FTL travel is done by FTL highways between systems.

Travel time I was thinking would be a few days maybe even a day or two for interplanetary and then maybe a few weeks for between systems.

so eldtrich aren't progressive or are? Is culture the same for each faction(ie all imperuim have imperuim culture, all eldritch have eldritch culture)or is it like us where its diffrent for every city? Or a mixture?
