Writing Prompt
To complete your RTJ please respond in character to the prompt below.


Ms. P. Galore looked up from her typewriter with a dour expression on her face. New agents weren't supposed to meet with Mother without a designated appointment first. She strongly disliked breaches in protocol. Still, Mother had requested the meeting and Ms. Galore was nothing if not professional.

"Follow me, please." She left her desk and walked down the hallway, assuming the agent would follow behind her. Before they reached Mother's office she slowed and turned to address the other person.

"A word of advice. Mother likes straight answers so don't beat around the bush. Also, don't try and kiss his ass, it won't go well. It's also not a good idea to stare at him for too long, he'll grow suspicious but you shouldn't break eye contact too much, he thinks it's a sign of moral weakness. Oh and don't look at the picture of his daughter on his desk, he won't appreciate it." She moved to open the door then paused and offered,

"One final thing. Whatever you do, don't eat the macarons. They're Mother's favorite." She opened the door and pushed it open so the person beside her could enter. Ms. Galore followed in after,

"The new agent to see you Mother, just as you requested." Ms. Galore turned and strode from the room, shutting the door behind her quietly.

Mother sat behind his desk and motioned for the new agent to sit across from him. He cleared his throat and set his hands flat on the desk.

"Welcome to I.C.E. I've heard some good things about you. Why don't you tell me about yourself. I'd like to hear about one of your most harried missions."
