Does anyone know if this applies to On Turn activated abilities? Obvious constant abilities work. But If I turned on a bunch of gifts earlier in the day and then hopped in my walker do they stay active?

 This does apply to on turn powers. Basically once in the god walker all the god bounds powers are sealed inside the walker until he steps out of it. This was an intentions design because god walkers are really antagonists or something a mortal can use not to suck.
