OOC
OK great! This is very good. Thank you for the feedback and direction. It will allow me to add some much needed context so I am not just making threads up on the fly.
You might be wondering what this game is if it isn't a survival game and what a drama/horror is in this instance. Here's a few things that might help you think about where you want your character to go and what kinds of risks your character can take
1) Threads: This game will be designed to go on, in some ways, indefinitely or until 'the plot' is solved. I will try to have 2 threads up at most times for each charcter. This will ensure that PCs have a means to post beyond the current 'plot thread.' This will include memory threads, dream threads, daydream threads, thought threads, and any other kind of parallel thread that might make sense.
2) Death: Your character can die, but it isn't as overbearing as the last game. The first game was important to as everyone needs to have the same background on Cherrywinks survival. Now, the focus will be on getting back home, solving the mystery of Cherrywinks, and helping other child characters out. If your character dies, you will be given the option to create a new one. However, you will not have to repeat Midnight roads. Again, in this game, this will be less likely as most of the threads will focus on PC and NPC interaction, drama and character development.
3) Helping other child characters out: Throughout the game your character will be given the option to 'go back to midnight roads' to save PCs from that game and bring them to this game. BE careful though! This will be done at your own risk! But the rewards will be substantial. More on that later.
