Re: OOC
My reaction IS the opportunity attack.

Damn, almost did enough damage to kill the vulture... (I did 9 last round to this same vulture, then an additional 10 for the opportunity attack. 3 short...)

Fuck, I was hoping to not have to use this so soon...

Screw it, I need to kill this vulture, I need my action.

Yes! Polearm Master, baby!

I'm a little confused as to what the 'x' beneath one of the skeletons attacking me is for.

Re: OOC
Maybe a dead civilian?

Also, I was about to point out that skeletons have vulnerability to bludgeoning, only to remember that Pepperbox damage is piercing... T_T

Re: OOC
Ignore the x in the map. they are markers I use to remember which enemies act inn which stage. They started as dead civilians though.

Re: OOC
Is there a reason the civilians aren't moving?  They're dropping like flies, so it seems in their best interest to get a move on :P

Re: OOC
I wanted to move them, but it would take like three times as much time to update and I would lose track of them. There's so many of them...

Last login a week ago, last post a week and a half ago according to the cast list.  Probably best to NPC them until the player returns to keep the group moving.

In reply to Tigress (msg # 165):

Yeah, our group is in a pretty fowl situation.  We may be boned!

Oh, crap, I was a target?!
Gah, don't hit meeee! DX

When all the nearby foes are dead the Cackler turns to whoever is closest and catches his eye first :(  If you can get away, hide or give him a new target he'll leave you alone.  He doesn't exactly do higher order thinking in this state either, so it'd probably not be hard to trick or distract him.

Man, I sure hope the civilians run away!  Now it's getting worrisome playing the bloodthirsty madman :/

I know, right? :P  Well, I did think about it quite a bit, but at this point I've scared myself with my own character, haha.  It's fun and uncomfortable in equal measure.  He gave warnings, at least!  I'll have to take solace in that, and we'll see how it goes!
