Re: OOC Discussion

Posted!  Sorry I was late, my dad's surgery took a lot longer than I thought it would on Friday.  I finally remembered to post late tonight!

Re: OOC Discussion

Through his studies on divine spell casting, would Elwood know of it possible to cast a spell, such as Sound Blast through the peephole into the next room?

Elwood could cast sound burst into the room on the other side of the peephole by looking through the peephole while casting.

Re: OOC Discussion

I will be hiking in the desert and largely away from keyboard until approximately October 13th.

This will be my last major absence until Gary Con in March.  I will be on the road for 3 days at the end of this month, but that shouldn't impact the game significantly.

In reply to Castle Keeper (msg # 725):

Sounds like a great time.  I spent some time in Albuquerque and loved hiking around there.

I'm back from the desert and ready to game.  It looks like discussion on what to do next has wound down.  Elwood, what is the plan?

Whoops.  I see the problem.  I thought Elwood was in the hot seat through October, but his term ended in September.  Sorry about that!

Anthony, you're up!

Anybody want to keep a prisoner? You have 24 hours to say so, or we're offing them all.

Re: OOC Discussion

Elwood is aware that many religions incorporate animal sacrifices as offerings to the goods.  However, the rule is that the killing must be as quick and painless as possible.  Elwood feels no sympathy for these cultists, as their practices are an anathema to his own beliefs.

Besides, with the spell Speak with the Dead Elwood can literally shoot first and ask questions later.

GM, we're waiting for you to move us to the North. We've reached consensus on that point.

Re: OOC Discussion

Okey doke.  I'll post an update on Saturday or Sunday (I'm on a business trip the rest of this week).  From there it's generally steady availability for me to post until Gary Con in March.

Re: OOC Discussion

Once again, sorry for the delay in posting.  My father passed away last Saturday and I've been dealing with that for the last week.  I should resume a normal posting schedule this week barring life further kicking me in the balls.

All spells are recovered following the night's rest hiding in Gloop Loop's secret lair.

So sorry for your loss.  Take your time.  My father passed away about this time 15 years ago, and it was a rough go.
