It's 9:38 am and Jimmy has found his way back to the office of Sheriff Martin O'Donnell. The Sheriff is wearing a pair of glasses and looking down as he fills out some paperwork. He puts down the pen and leans back in his chair when he sees Jimmy enter.

"Ah, Mr Samhain, back already I see... I hope you're bringing me good news," he says, gesturing for you to sit down.

Jimmy took his hat off and ran his hands through his sweaty hair.

"Good new, is there any good news in this city? I mean to say I have had a long few days. I cleared our friend Frank, though a bit of a bastard it wasn't him playing butcher. Not One Armed Willie either, I should add I don't think you will be hearing much of him going forward, Frank too, at least for awhile. This maniac has even the underworld around here afraid. So if it isn't them, then who right?

Jimmy takes a chair and turns it around so he can straddle it and lean his forearms over the back of it while he circles his hat in his hands.

"Best I got right now is a name, a nickname to be specific, "The Hobo Doctor." Only location I got on the guy is "under the train," mean anything to you? Oh yeah, and these."

Jimmy reaches into his inside pocket and pulls out the three photos and tosses them on the desk between them.

"I know, not only do we have a bunch of body parts floating around your city but the guy involved likes to play his fetish games too. Any of those pictures give you an idea of location?

OOC: Cop Talk. As needed Jimmy goes into describing the painting and the greek bas-relief to help describe where the pictures may have been taken.

O'Donnell looks unhappy to hear that Frank Dolezal isn't The Butcher, and not entirely convinced. He shakes his head in response to Jimmy's query about "hobo doctor" and "under the train." "Doesn't mean anything to me. What are our good citizens of The Third and Kingsbury Run saying about it?"

The Sheriff looks at the pictures in disgust but is soon huddled over the photos in excitement as he realizes the identity of the three subjects. "Where did you get these?" he asks, pleased with what he believes to be a substantial break in the case. "This guy doesn't look like any Hobo though, and if he's living under a train, it's pretty fancy," O'Donnell adds sarcastically, pointing to the background of the second and third photographs.

O'Donnell shrugs his shoulders and looks bewildered at the description of the bas-relief and the painting. "No idea, but I'm no art guy," the Sheriff says with a frown.

The Sheriff is quick to seize on the tattoo in the photographs. "What about this though, what are the local tattoo artists saying about it? Anyone recognize it?" the Sheriff asks, tapping the glyph tattoo on the unidentified man's shoulder.

"You know of any well to do apartments or houses that reside under the train tracks? Well, thought you would want to know the score here." Jimmy stands and turns the chair back around and starts to head out after grabbing the pictures.

"I will keep in touch and Hell sheriff, might be easier if we pin it on Ness." He says with a smirk as he closes the door behind him.

OOC: If i can actually look in the phonebook and find tattoo parlors around to go check out and ask about the tattoo I will be quite impressed as to what this game has in it's ability. I know I can do and go anywhere but if it is actually covered in your adventure I am gobsmacked.

Depending on the Sheriffis answers if I have a lead of a fancy residence to visit or try out the tattoo angle. Both have my curious.

O'Donnell squints one eye and tilts his head as he ponders the question. "Fancier homes are out in Shaker Heights. There's a rail line running out there but I can't say I know of any homes or apartments the line runs over. Nobody's going to build a nice place like that and then put it right next to the tracks, I can promise you that."

"Keep me posted," O'Donnell says with a nod as Jimmy moves to leave. "Oh, and Jimmy!" he calls just as you are about to close the door. "Try and get some sleep, okay? You look like hell!"

Hell? He hadn't thought of it before but maybe this was Hell. Maybe he dies on the train on the way here and since then he has been doomed to slowly go crazy trying to solve an unsolvable case. Hell.

Jimmy stepped out into the bright sun and headed to the nearest bank of telephone booths he could find. Once in there he opened up the book and searched T for tattoo. Starting with the first he rang each one and described the tattoo the best he could, even staring at his own as he did.

Seems like a long shot but all the close ones have moved out of focus. Hell, Jimmy was stuck in that word.

The first two tattoo shops Jimmy calls don't really understand the symbol Jimmy is describing but say they're happy to do it for him if he'll bring in a picture. But the third shop...

"Nadie's Tattoo," answers a rough sounding voice with a Mexican accent.

"Yeah, that's the one. Listen, I'll be right down there. I need some work done. "

No time like the present. Jimmy hustles to a cab and directs the driver to the parlor. It seemed like a good time to get his first ink, at least his first by his choice.

Once there he talks to the artist "how about this, can you do this for me, my right forearm. "

He sketched out the symbol he had in mind, he knew it from his hours and hours of pouring over occult reference books. Seemed like a good time to get it, means protection.

"But I want they guy who did Nadie's work. He hear?"
