Millennium Falcon
The week passes with little consequence. By the end of it, the emotions have been locked down tight, but not forgotten. Folks are even a little bored, but not on edge. Ronan has made good use of the time getting the scavenged droids and exo-suits working to an extent. Ayce predicts they can be made fully functional on Mechis III.
The droid also spends a good amount of time familiarizing all members of the crew, especially Django and Tump, with the controls and operations of the Falcon. By the time the tunnel spins out and the starlines fade, the crew has more than just a passing acquaintance with the ship.
Inarra checks in a couple of times a day, but does not seem in any trouble.
The Mechis star is an older yellow waning toward orange. The inner planet, Mechis II, is a lifeless ball of hot dirt. Temperatures exceed 2000C on the surface star-side.
Mechis III is an arid planet with quite a number of active volcanoes. It has about 34% surface coverage in water, but some parts of the oceans are very deep. There is one major city, Mechis City, but it has no significant life signs. The same goes for the rest of the planet. It's atmosphere is hospitable, but too long out in the arid, rust-filled air will irritate the lungs and eyes. Masks are recommended for exposure lasting more than a couple of hours.
There is a very high level of machine activity, droids and bigger. Much of that comes from the foundaries, factories, and maintenance complexes found over much of the land surface of the planet.
