Approved House Rules

Rules that I have approve and are in effect

Alteration To Power Field:
It's a very bad Idea to use an Natural Weapon against a Power Field. If you do so and it roll 4+ on a d10, At the very least the limp is going to be crippled. More Likely it will simply amputate the offending limb. If I'm feeling really nice, I'll just roll the damage for a successful strike against your arm.

On the other hand. If you have some effect that makes you unarmed attacks Magical, It counts as an Artifact for the purpose of Power Field. So yes a Monk can parry a Power sword with his fists. (this also applies to a mundane weapons that are made magical by some effect. Such as the Arcane Blade of a Arcane Knight.)

Alteration to the Blast property:
Blast weapons no longer automatically hit everyone in their blast radius. If the Character has some method of escaping the blast radius. Such as the Evasion feat or the spell Jaunt. They can apply their static defense plus the bonus for dodging against the Attack roll of the Blast. If they exceed the roll, They get out of the blast in time. I assume that people on the edge of the blast can move a meter to get out of the blast.

Revised Fatigue Rules.
Fatigue is measured in levels of fatigue. A character can function with up to their Consitution + Willpower in levels of fatigue but they are operating with a static penalty equal to their levels of fatigue to Skill checks, Attribute Checks and attack rolls but not damage rolls. If they exceed their Consitution + Willpower they get knocked out.

Reason for the Change: the old penalty was really harsh if you where forced to take Attribute checks in the same scene. Necessitating you to stunt or pretty much auto fail the check. The penalty also did not scale with the levels of fatigue. Meaning there was no reason to care about taking more after you took the first level of fatigue. Taking fatigue was pretty much always a trap option. Under this system there is more leeway and I would actually consider using fatigue as a cost for Special Attacks.
