The 62nd Royal Brigade launches an invasion to take Royal Foxx, a key planet for trade across Magistracy space, and opening up more lightly defended planets to invasion.

After six long years of battles across the Magistracy, Captain General Marion Marik has managed to lure the Magistracy's naval assets Thurrock.  Lured into a trap, over the course of next two days, the Magistracy's forces were decimated.

No longer capable of Offensive Operations, plans are put into operation to invade Canopus IV, the capital of the Magistracy, a call to arms it put out across the the system, as the looming threat the Inner Sphere now seems unstoppable.


Campaign will be based off the Planet Wildwood

Refugees from the war, which is going badly, are falling back to regroup.  With the passing of the battle of Thurrock, military operations across planets are presumed to all but stop.  This is true and false, while much of the MAF vanished over two days in the Thurrock system, merchants, mercenaries, and even bandit options to conduct small scale operations still exist.

With the fall of Royal Foxx, it's only a matter of time before war comes to Wildwood.  A small detachment of 'advisers' from the 2nd' Light Horse has arrived on planet to organize and train a garrison.
