Rune Knight:
Why is Starblaze's Flight an on going conversation?
<snark>Because the rest of us are allowed an opinion, too? And because not everything you think is obvious makes sense to the rest of us?</snark>
And I kinda agree with Starblaze on needing a better metric of how fast he can fly outside of dice rolls. Can he fly faster than a car? A plane? Can he reach orbital speeds and fly to the space station? Can he turn into energy and move at the speed of light? It matters to him in how he pictures his character. Also, it could come up in game - a fanboy villain is terrorizing the mall because he can't get that one specific Amiibo. Do we have to beat him up, or could Starblaze quickly fly over to Japan, beg one from Nintendo, and be back in minutes?
Speaking of guidelines, would it be possible to get a rough guide for how strong we are? I know comics are inconsistent; sometimes Superman has issues with a tank, other days he's lifting supertankers or pushing celestial objects into new orbits. Should I be expecting such a widely varying scope, or will there be some more consistency in the challenges we face? I'm not expecting an exact number of kilograms I can lift in various ways; but it would be nice to have an idea how much those of us with Strength can pick up before they need to think about rolling to Overcome gravity. ;)
