He was born sometime in the late 1880s or early 1890s on the Northern plain, just off the east slope of the Rockies.  It may have been in Canada or America it is unknown and unmarked.    He was born to Many Pelts, a Siksiká Blackfoot woman who was captured in battle and married to Nadowa, a Wyandote Huron warrior. His mother died in child birth, alone.  He was told he lived many days by himself in his dead mothers arms before he was found by his father upon return of hunting.
Nadowa never went back to a tribe, he raised the boy traveling about hunting grounds, and waterways with many fish.  The boy grew to a man and a warrior, under his fathers tutelage.  His father was killed at the hands of an angry Scandinavian man, who was drunk and out for blood.  The scout avenged his fathers death, and mutilated the mans body so that his spirit would never have rest; according to the old ways.
In the last 25 years he has hired out to different people as a guide, hunter or scout.  He is as comfortable in the wilderness as civilization, and some parts of civilization have always bothered him.
A few years ago he was hired to take a Mr Zanuck on a Moose hunt near Many Glaciers.  Mr Zanuck had young Wyoming Cowboy with him with a good spirit and fun loving way about him.  The Scout and the Cowboy became friends.  The hunt was successful and the Mr Zanuck offered a job to the Scout to help him with his moving pictures.  The pair were off to Hollywood and the pictures, which kept them employed for a year or more.  The scout tired of it and chose to go back north, easily picking up work with a bush pilot named Iain.
