Episode 2 - Chapter 3    Refueling at the Exen Station

The Shrieking Acklay, which was now broadcasting a transponder code of  Horizon Squared, exited hyperspace and quickly moved to a shallow orbit around the Gallifrey moon. The barren, rocky moon was brownish grey and pockmarked with numerous craters and several gashes from collisions with impacts from other celestial objects or large space junk debris. In the distance, the blue planet, Thira, capital of the Uviuy Exen system, shone brightly from the systems sun, leaving only a small shadowed crescent along the right edge. It was a fairly well populated planet, with several islands of all sizes, both natural and man-made dotting its blue ocean surface.

A few freighters were spotted were en route to the planet, and several more leaving the planet’s gravity. There were several patrol craft making routine orbits around the planet, but there didn’t appear to be any larger armed craft in the vicinity in view or on long range sensors.

Episode 2 - Chapter 3    Refueling at the Exen Station

The boxy freighter left the orbit of the moon and Raana carefully guided the vessel into the shipping lanes heading toward Thira's orbit. Navigation beacons broadcast route markers and messages to follow the incoming navigation lanes, with courses leading to all six of the spaceports on the planet. They were accompanied by warnings not to deviate from the navigational pathways without proper clearance codes, or risk being escorted by patrol craft to a law enforcement facility.

The ship followed the course to Alyki city, a smaller, rocky island area close to the northern ice caps, where the climate was a colder and seas rougher and remote from other nearby island clusters. Another automated announcement came through the comm system from Alyki Spaceport Control tower as the spaceport came into view, directing the ship to land in parking spot C12, outlined in a greenish-yellow paint forming a section with reflector lights on a bluish-gray duracrete field. They landed along sides several others ships, shuttles, etc. with similarly outlined parking areas. The announcement stated that passengers must wait within the painted borders until a tram arrived to take them to security and customs station section of the spaceport.

Den looks to the others, then realizes something. "Do we have identities we can use? I'm sure most people may not recognize our names, but if someone does dig around enough, they may find out our jedi affiliations."

Keilbrun shook his head. Having joined them effectively on the spur of the moment, he had not prepared in the slightest for any kind of subterfuge. "I will have to rely on the fact that I'm a relative nobody and the possibility that word has not gone out about my actions, yet," he said, the weight of the situation heavy in his voice.

"I will have to do something about the armor I have, as well. Not sure just giving it a new paint job would be enough. I will likely have to parcel it or sell it along with some or all of the weapons. I don't even have clothes besides the armor and undersuit," he added with a resigned chuckle.

"If I've not been flagged just yet, I might be able to draw credits from my account, but that would highlight where I've been when they do look into it. It would aleviate some issues in the short term, though."

Episode 2 - Chapter 3    Refueling at the Exen Station

The droid unlocked her grip on the handle where she stood during the last part of the trip and turned toward Den. "I can connect to the planetary network and see if I can find the security requirements for entering this port. Hold on please." She walked over to the common area wall and connected to a dataport to access the ship's main computer and comm systems. "Oh, dear. It would appear that this planet requires ID access and weapon scanners for entry into the spaceport. All baggage is inspected thoroughly. I would suspect, given the 'Order 66' Mast.. um, Mr. Keilbrun Osh, mentioned would flag their ID's immediately. It is a possibility that Mr. Osh's status was unknown and possibly compromised by the Jedi. The authorities could suspect him to be a prisoner, but even then they might flag his id in case his captors used it."

Den frowns, "That doesn't sound like very good news."
