Mini-Scenario for That_1_Guy

Baka has been on the run from the Republic forces for many months, after escaping the initial Order 66 purge. He found himself as a stow-away on a medium size freighter and made a bed out of his backpack and his robes in between several crates in the main storage compartment. He was on the ship for many days, it was hard to keep track of exactly how many passed without any solar reference.

As the ship came to land on the far reaches of the Outer Rim on some distant planet, several crew members arrived and began to inventory the crates to determine which ones to offload. [Secret to CSheet: This planet is Elom, home of the Elomin species, similar to Zabrak but with much longer horns.]

He heard at least two of them talking. "Alrighty, Slit. You need to scan the containers needed for this stop. They should be in section three over here according to my datapad. It should be marked for 'Elom', so scan all of those and then move them to the top of the ramp."

[Secret to CSheet: Cargo crew apprentice: Slit Bytt - A tall, teenage male Human that has short, fine, curly auburn red colored hair, with brown eyes and tan shaded skin.  He has  a small pockmark on the neck. He scrunches his/her face up when listening. Personality: honorable, humble, temperate, collected, somewhat generous, vibrant, rough, somewhat inquisitive, steadfast, clamorous (talkative). He has bushy eyebrows. ( FFG Stats | BR: 3 AG: 2 WL: 4 IN: 2 CU: 2 PR: 3 )

Cargo Deck Hand: Vuz-Del Tyd - A very short, slender, adult male Weequay that is bald, with hazel eyes and khaki shaded skin.  He has copper single-braided hair. He has  a small scar above the right eye. He is obsessive about being perfectly clean and neat. Personality: lacking honor, extremely prideful, very jealous, indulgent, lascivious, impatient, somewhat stingy, extremely dour, suspicious, unkempt, extremely violent, erratic, apprehensive, extremely chatty. He has a thick neck. ( FFG Stats | BR: 3 AG: 2 WL: 3 IN: 1 CU: 3 PR: 1 )
]

OOC: OOC: Please make an average Perception check to notice your surroundings and that of the crewmembers.

Mini-Scenario for That_1_Guy

Baka spends much of his time during rides like this to focus and meditate on the will of The Force and the Jedi code. His masters from the temple on Coruscant referenced the peacefulness and tranquility it brought them many times during his lessons, but as much and as hard as he tries, the calm doesn’t come. Instead feelings of dread and pain and loss flood his mind. Fear. Nagging, lurking, malicious fear that Baka fights with every fiber of his being as he recites the Jedi code over and over in his mind, hoping to glimpse at least a little bit of what his masters described as being “centered.”

Hearing the crew members, Baka is snapped back to his present situation and takes a moment to take in his surroundings

OOC: Today: That_1_Guy rolled 1 success, 1 advantage using the Star Wars Edge of the Empire with a dice pool of 3A 2D with rolls of 8(A), 2(A), 1(A), 1(D), 4(D).  Perception.</hr>

Mini-Scenario for That_1_Guy

Baka remembers learning about the frigid planet, Elom. While capable of surviving in such a climate, the cold is not his favorite.

Kneeling at the intersection of the cargo containers, Baka looks for somewhere to hide amongst the shadows, opting to retreat to his left. Maybe he can circle around and make his way to the rest of the ship. Or maybe he should stay put in the cargo bay until a better opportunity arrives to escape. The young man isn’t quite sure of what to do but, hopefully, the Force will guide him. He sighs softly as he makes his way left.

Mini-Scenario for That_1_Guy

The padawan made his way to the side to circumvent the two cargo handlers, but by the time he got out of the wall of containers, a couple of other crewmembers entered, forcing the Jedi trainee to stop short and hide.

One of them was a very tall, thick bald human man with a short brown chin-puff beard. The second crewman was a slender Gotal, a furry faced humanoid species that had two thick horns with spiraling grooves on top of his head, side-by-side. The human called out, "Hey Vuz, cap'n wanted us to help you get this offloaded. Wants it done real quick like. So, he sent us down to help out."

There was a voice coming from the direction of where Baka had slept that responded, "sure, that would be great. The sooner we can get this done the faster we can get get us some cold brews in town. But, wait until we get them tagged and then you can come help us load. It'll be just a couple of minutes."

OOC: You can wait it out and stay hidden, distract them, take them out or whatever you want to do. They don't look military trained, just regular crew members..

Mini-Scenario for That_1_Guy

Nothing is ever easy or simple nowadays, Baka thinks to himself as he contemplates his next move. As simple as it would be to simply dispatch the crew and make his way off this ship, it would be very much unethical and against his Jedi training to harm innocents.

Instead the young man looks for somewhere to hide nearby, hoping that the nearest two crew members decide to wait it out where they are instead of moving any closer until their fellow crew mates finish their task...maybe inside a crate...

Mini-Scenario for That_1_Guy

Baka waits until the coast is clear..or at least clearer. The path to the exit doesn't seem that hard or complicated to get to, but no matter how he tries to maneuver, there is someone blocking the way.

This would be so much easier if I could just..." Baka stops himself, mid-thought.

"Frustration is an illusion, created by an arrogant belief that the Force is in submission to our will, rather than the truth, that is we are to be in submission to the will of the Force." The words of his late Master Ju'um resonate in Baka's mind, somewhat quelling his irritation with the current situation. At least enough to focus on his next move...

OOC: 12:15, Today: That_1_Guy rolled no successes, 2 threats using the Star Wars Edge of the Empire with a dice pool of 3A 2D 1C 2S 1B with rolls of 6(A), 4(A), 2(A), 4(D), 7(D), 5(C), 1(S), 4(S), 1(B).  skullduggery.
