Let's discuss chargen here.  Might be a good idea to start with everyone's skill selection to assist in developing a good breadth of skills.

The GM has graciously allowed me to pick the Jawa species from the Species Menagerie fanmaterial, so I'll be looking at a 1-2-2-3-2-2 for characteristics, with 100 XP to start and one free rank in Mechanics and one in Utinni!.

I'll be bumping up the Intellect most likely as I am gonna go the Technician/Outlaw Tech career, and I haven't decided if I am gonna go with Droid Tech in chargen or not yet. If possible I'd want to get to build at least a monotask droid to start with using my starting credits, but we'll see. I might just focus on the Outlaw Tech part first and pick up Droid Tech later.

Looking to probably pick up Computers, another rank of Mechanics, Perception and probably Astrogation from Technician, then Streetwise and Knowledge (Underworld) from the Outlaw Tech. Binko is first and foremost a mechanic with some technological know-how, but being out on the edge of the galaxy he has some shady contacts and information as well.

Probably gonna invest in a simple pistol for protection, but don't expect any combat feats from me, other than possibly haywiring engines to explode or such. Bombs possibly. No frontline fighter so to say.

For now I am looking at the following skills for Ander.

From his career; Cool, Outer Rim, Perception, Survival, Education and Lore

From being Human; Medicine and Pilot-Planetary

Will most likely take the Well Rounded Specialization to pickup Negotiation and Ranged-Light.

Not to disrupt a skill-set discussion but I'm looking at your starting ship and rather than the Firespray option, I think the Loronar E-9 Explorer is a good fit.  So you could select the YT-1300, Warfarer, or the E-9.  Any other ship suggestions?  Maybe the space turtle?

  I'm currently working with the Trailblazer spec for Rynoth. If I find one more suited in the Edge careers I may switch, but as-is he's firmly a wilderness operative type. Survival will be his core skill but Medicine, Stealth, and Perception will also be in the mix along with something combat-related - though the talent tree is heavy on cover-related abilities so he's not really apt to be a front-line slugger.

Well as for starting ship, the Loronar is more or less exactly what this group needs for this kind of a game. And IIRC it falls within the limit of alternative ships that aren't too expensive.

And if possible, I wanna veto the space turtle because UGH, that is my reason. :P

Not sure what I was thinking regarding storing character sheet PDFs and having you edit them in browser...forget that.  I must have been drinking Draino at the time.

I'll get you a good old fashioned no tables character sheet today.
