Well consistency is good right?  Ok, maybe not 'good,' hmmmm.  :)

The Amber game I am running is closing on the 20,000 post mark just in time for its 1-year anniversary.  Not sure if I will have time to come up with a new campaign.  I will let you know if I do though.

Just fine here in Denmark. We seem to be getting through the second wave, even though I am looking forward to be able to travel again. Going to be a dad again in February, the boy has started playing roleplaying games (yeah!) and I have started painting miniatures (and I really awful at it).

I can recommend a boardgame called Nemesis - basically it is Alien the Boardgame. Survival horror onboard an infected spaceship where you dont know if you can trust the other players. My son's character locked my character into a burning room along with an alien queen and then escaped in the only escape pod. The little barstard :)

All is well.  One Pandemic year down!

After 18 months, I ended my 10-player, 25,000 post Amber game.  I am still running a few players in a sequel but it is no longer a huge time commitment.  I was contemplating a new Pendragon campaign.  Maybe start in the pre-Arthur period in the north and have the players all be knights to an anti-Arthur liege.  What do you think?

Honestly I think it could be interesting. Having an anti-Arthurian liege would make for interesting roleplay. I can easily imagine playing a character torn between loyalty to his liege and sympathy towards Arthur in the south. Would it end in betrayal and tragedy? I think it sounds fun.

OK, well I will start working on a background, plot, etc. and some early adventures.  I am somewhat loathe to invite others in, seeing how badly that turned out last time.  I'll check with a couple of people I know to see if they are interested but 3-4 players seems like a decent and not unwieldy group.

I am hoping to be gone for the week right before Easter, so I will plan to start the game right after Easter.

What are you talking about? I hardly remember any strange players who took it very personally when their plans didnt work out *cough cough*

And if you havnt played Pendragon before then a word of advise. Fear the Winter Phase. You will apparently lose a wife every time it gets cold

I have played Pendragon before (it's honestly up there with The One Ring as a tie for my favorite system).

As for who I am OOC, I'm currently a senior studying computer science and cybersecurity. I'm also a musician, mostly with drums but also self-teaching bass and guitar. :)

I heard alot about The One Ring - mostly good things - but I have never tried. Isnt there a Second Edition underway?

I havnt tried Pendragon until this game began. Otherwise it has mostly been D&D, AD&D, Pathfinder 1E and 2E, GURPS (big time favorite), Ars Magica, Call of Cthulhu, Delta Green and probarbly a few others along the way. Been playing with the same RT group for the past 30-35 years so we have tried a few different systemt.

OOC I am from Denmark so timezones can at times be annoying. I work as a Psychiatric Nurse, try and fix the house and got three kids that are quickly turning me old.
