The Beginning
After a normal day at school you are walking home to your underground apartment when suddenly an explosion rocks the sidewalk.

It's Mr. Roboto! The life-sized toy robot, once invented to bring smiles to the faces of sick children, now out to destroy the human race that gave it life. He is a metallic humanoid with glowing yellow eyes and a robotic voice who moves in jerky, crude motions.

Mr. Roboto is shooting up an armored van with his laser hands! What do you do?

Aiko turns to Mr. Roboto and then stares at the armored van being shot at with laser hands. She puts a purple hoodie over her school uniform and orders Casper to go check out the giant good-gone-evil robot out and to report back to her with what the Van is holding and why Mr. Roboto wants it.

Because you rolled a six . . .

Casper refuses to listen to your orders. He is especially peeved today because you chose to wear a purple hoodie instead of your superhero costume. He won't work for an amateur, even if she controls his ghostly essence.

Meanwhile Mr. Roboto is melting the van with his laser hands. He is almost through its armored hull!

Aiko begins to shout at Casper, saying she left her super hero costume in her gym locker and that there is no time to go and get it and stop Mr. Roboto from being a dick. She instead decides to call in a spirit from the spirit world to hold off Mr. Roboto, all while scolding Casper.

In reply to Spirit Caller (msg # 4):

Aiko summons the ghost of Tupac!

He appears from a gust of smoke, dew rag burning with unholy light. In his hands he brandishes two pistols, engraved with skulls and sick rap lyrics. Tupac looks to Aiko and nods. He will preform his duties, but only if Aiko promises to listen to rap music for an at least six hours today.

If she agrees - Tupac burst into action, blazing away at Mr. Roboto with his twin pistols. The sickest lyrics that Tupac never got to rhyme spit out of the gun barrels. They are too much for the world and rip reality apart as they tear away at Mr. Robot's metal skin. Mr. Robot turns to fight Tupac Returned, momentarily distracted from his prize inside the van.

If she disagrees - Tupac will vanish, giving Aiko the middle finger as he disappears.

Aiko nods in agreement, and she takes out her headphones and begins to listen to rap, but not any rap, she decides to bends the rules and listens to Japanese rap that is blatantly using the rhythm of american rap music, but with Japanese words pasted over it.

She also gives Casper the bird.

Casper doesn't care. Casper never cared. It's not like he loves you or anything. Baka.

Tupac does care however. Even as he dodges Mr. Roboto's laser beams, he shakes his head. "That's not cool dog, you don't twist ya boy's words like that." Tupac continues to shoot at Mr. Roboto. In retaliation, Mr. Roboto begins to charge up his anti-spirit shield.

Next round he will return his attention to the van, and the precious cargo within!

In reply to The Narrator (msg # 7):

With some quick thinking, Aiko decides to change her music to Tupac's most popular song, Dear Mama, and she blasts it out of her phone with the headphones unplugged, and she also decides to start throwing whatever she can at Mr. Roboto.

This includes throwing rocks, shoes, and a child's toy.

In reply to Spirit Caller (msg # 8):

"Yeah, dog! That's what I like!"

Empowered by his own beats, Tupac doubles in size! A massive spirit cannon erupts from his chests. Tupac begins to chant the very rap which created the universe and reality as it is. He mouth moves so fast it's a blur as the words build into a massive ball of cosmic sickness. Tupac fires four bolts of pure energy from his spirit cannon. They soar towards Mr. Roboto just before his shields engage and tear through him like a cannon ball through a tin solider! Aiko also helps, with sticks and stuff.

Mr. Roboto lies in a smashed scrap heap of beeping pieces and light-up parts. His conscious fades as his yellow eyes begin to dim. But before he disappears, Mr. Robot screams--

"Curse you Tupac! Curse you and your bad influence on children--"

Tupac nods to Aiko and spits one last rhyme, "Such a blast, but it happened to fast. Next time you call, you beta play real rap, or if you got the gall, I'mma have to pop you a cap," and disappears to the sound of four gunshots in the air.

Mr. Robot is defeated, but not destroyed. He will return, somehow. But for now the city is safe, and so is whatever Mr. Roboto wanted inside that armored van.

Aiko, happy with the result, picks up a piece of Mr. Roboto and puts it into her backpack, thanking the Ghost of Tupac under her breath and listening to his songs with her headphones once more.

She decided to walk up to the van to check on it, all while using her phone's camera and purple marker to draw on her face to conceal her identity.

The Beginning
In reply to Spirit Caller (msg # 10):

Inside the van is a single box. It has fallen open during the assault and revels a small crystal cushioned within.

It is about the size of a finger, and glows a cold blue. Waves of energy emanate off its multifaceted faces. Its glow lights up the entire inside of the van with a deep blue cut by swirling bands of cyan. The sound of icy winds and lapping ocean waves swirl in the air as Aiko picks up the crystal. It is cold and feels wet to the touch, but power swells within it, like a massing tidal wave propelled by a hurricane.

Akio packs the crystal back into its box and stuffs it into her backpack as Tupac's music blares on. Before anyone can identify her beyond a girl in a purple mask, Aiko bolts away from the scene and to the safety of her home, crystal safely in tow. As she settles down, Casper begins to groan, and they start to argue.

What is this crystal? What power does it hold, and why did Mr. Roboto want to steal it?
