The difficulty to get past the babies is lvl 3 (9+) To catch one or more is a lvl 2 for you (6+) and you may use the luck dice you have if you wish at any time.

Everyone please repost what you rolled on the D4 for your LUCK DICE total.

16:42, Today: Evelyn rolled 6 using 1d20.  Crawling, and eating and preying

And a 2 on the luck check so I think I barely grabbed and munched one. And whatever the luck check was doing I did poorly but not critically poorly.

 I am the type of DM/GM that lets people play what they want within reason.

I am considered a bit of a rogue GM/DM as a recent podcast of my sit down group(s) got pulled from a group that plays Warplands & HellNight; page because some of what the characters did in game was too,...edgy.  lol So yeah I can be a bit,....metal and graphic  at times.

Well, edgy is one thing.

Gory is another thing I don't mind either.

I can even skip sexual stuff, as long as I'm not involved, because I don't care, as long as it's not fixation over or depiction of sexual assault. That's my red line.

Good news. Sexual assault is against rpol rules.

Against all kinds of laws or rules.

Thing is I've heard the "I'm edgy/dark/grim/realistic/whatever" argument before in conjunction with people condoning the depiction of it... of course nobody would go out and say they are condoning the actual act, but the former to me is an indication of the latter.

I'm not saying that our GM said that, of course, just stating both my experience and mentality, I take such things very seriously.

Ok all, another Homebrew you should all know about.

Cypher system uses flat dmg values, 4, 6, ect

I have modded this. Values are either 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12

This is for hand-to-hand, small weapons(daggers and such), firearms, spells, ect
It is a ladder in dmg values representing weapon sizes, spell dmg, ammo type, ect.

This scales to vehicle and ship dmg as well similar to the jump in weapon sizes in the old Star Wars rpg from FASA

Yeah, it essentially mummifies things though. In case of insects or other exoskeletons it withers the insides but little changes on the outside.
