Realizing it's two against one now, and wanting to finish it quickly, Willbrand gets up from his cover to perform an assault maneuver, blasting at the vampire who took cover to pin it and keep its head down while Baelek was getting close enough for the kill shot. Nice and steady...

OOC: Hmm, dunno how to handle this to be honest; not an attack per se but keeping it from attacking while we close in. Just in case, rolling a straight-up die.

The necromancer sighed, "Tailed girl..." his voice was like a parent trying to help a child understand and remember multiplication tables, "She is saying I should tear the life out of everyone here and become her servant. She isn't asking about becoming a part of our team."

He understands that the usual rudiment magics are unlikely to be particularly effective. He needed time... This is why so many turn evil they wanted forever and they wanted it easily. They wanted the secrets of the ages handed to them. "That kind of course kills rider and horse, you're clearly the morally worse. Your Resurrection induction has corrupted your function and your magic just wins you a hearse."

Gish directs his magic again to strike but this time a more area effect, a tight whirlwind of black beams tries to shred Demona apart.

Tia'ja looks at the portal and says,"We might have to wait. If we close it now some of the others might not have an easy way to make it back." She then begins heading to her billet to grab some gear. In case something else came through the portal and they were being boarded.

The barrage keeps the space vampire's head down. While Baelek moves in. In another moment he had dispatched the vampire with a shot sending it to oblivion. There among the burning and smoldering remains of both the vampires' ship and bodies, you see that some of the ship survived the crash. If there were any time to search it now would be the time. Unless it would be wiser not to enter something imbued with their sorcery and alchemy.
The other option would be to decide on another course of action now that the enemy ship was downed.

Your magic strikes out catching the law boit and Demona. She shrieks as your whirlwind begins to rapidly take the bot apart. There is smoke and sparks. Components and the bots physical form are torn apart leaving only heaps of structure and more detailed parts lying around. Demona seeing the danger decides it best to teleport herself away. There is a green glow of her form and a flash leaving an after image. Then she is gone. The only thing remaining is a destroyed law bot and a now empty city square. The lunar civilians had fled to safer locations before the battle began. You see the marshal rush out cursing and stammering at you the bot and the centaur.

Gish roared in frustration and it lasted longer than mortal human lungs could have held but then, after a few seconds of quiet he composed himself but it quelled the tornado. "Next time I find one I'm just destroying them and you can give me a bounty on the ashes or soul... Marshal... I don't know how far she teleported but I have to hope it was all the way to her origin. I regret the loss of your golem but that seems to be in the nature of the foe. I'll have to come up with servants of special design to combat her kind in the future. You may have been on your greatest diligence but you and I have both failed these people... I need more information on them to prepare proper spells."

He started back toward the portal himself.

With the threat neutralized, and double-checking to make sure that no vamp was hiding anywhere in the wreckage -or playing dead, pun intended-, Willbrand turned to Baelek. "Let's get the dead guy to check this thing. He would understand a hell of a lot more than me, but I'll try. Can you get him while I'm scanning this?"

With that, he slung the rifle on his back and activated his wrist computer to start scanning the entire place for any information he could get, just in case they had to cut and run... or it was boobytrapped to destroy itself. He paid special attention to that, in case there was any self-destruct and if it would get them too.

OOC: Intellect check, I assume? Spending a level of effort and I have the Wrist computer as an asset...

At your words, the normally takie Marshal stammers and sputters not a coherent word leaves his lips. After a moment he mumbles,"I donna frag be da gon." Then turns and begins looking for the fallen law bot's main processor. The centaur follows you through the portal too. As for Demona you wonder if she is still on the Lunar surface? There does seem to be some form of vamp incursion here. Is it because they, the other vamps were looking for her? Or was it something more sinister?

Baelek seemingly understanding you, begins to call and check in on his Martian gunship. You hear a female voice on the other end as he speaks in curt intonations. Your equipment seems to have been somehow damaged during the combat. Must have been the hit you took. Your equipment at least some of it was destroyed. Finding or repairing these should be done soon.

Baelek finishes speaking over his communicator and then joins you at the wreckage and sighs sensing your frustration.

O.C.C. The GM will be kind. Only destroying some handy equipment.

Oola looks at you shaking her head. The girl looks frightened and is shaking. You can tell this girl is no adventurer. The present events have shaken her nerves. Tess on the other hand looks more calm but ready to spring into action at a moment's notice. Tia'Ja holds her tongue seeing the mental state and the body language of you and the girls. She stands ready for an attack.

She went over giving Oola a hug and a gentle tendril rub. " We'll be ok you did well talking to the robot. I don't know what you said but it sounded confident" she said soothingly.

With a few short curses, Willbrand realized that scanning was out of the picture as the shots had taken out his computer and scanner. "Let's get Gish here", he says, making the gesture of "here" and saying their undead companion's name, and then signifies to Baelek with gestures that his radio is dead.

Oola hugs you back Shaking. She gestures with her hands. She seems to indictate that she wants the portal closed. She begins getting out of her E.V.A. suit as they are uncomfortable for long term wear. She then dons on her net mesh and leather strap slave/dancer outfit.

Baelek looks to the gunship and points meaning they should return then get Gish to do some shadow work here. Once you are back at the ship you both notice that there have been some harrowing events while you two were away. It seems your party had a run-in with the she vamp.
Crew members are either not on board or look ready to fight anything that comes from a strange tendrilly void-like portal. Seems they too have been busy. Tessa quickly fills you in on the events that transpired.

As soon as they are back, Willbrand searched for Evelyn, the one he identified as the most tech-savvy in this primitive ship. "I need these fixed", he said while unceremoniously handing her his wrist computer and scanner. "State your compensation."

"Ask her." she said gesturing to  the more dominant woman of the three and took the wrist computer and began examining it.

He cocked an eyebrow, a gesture visible as his helmet's visor was up. "She's the one to get compensated? Sure, whatever", he said, and went to the one Evelyn pointed. "What do you need?"

Tessa looks over to you. "We have a situation here. I don't know if that bitch will be jumping through that portal at any time looking to feast on our bones,..." She shakes her head and then says," That gear of yours will need extensive work. What did you two run into out there? 5o standard shins should do it and before you say that is too much consider that we are replacing the whole processing unit and using your own tech to do it. Both are hard to come by." She nods to Evelyn to begin work on your gear.

Tessa tells you to fix Willbarnds gear but to do it in a secure location in the rear of the ship. "Just in case this becomes a battle where we get boarded."

Evelyn takes the gear to the rear of the ship and gets to work diligently with assistance from her tail. Her mind focused on getting it repaired as perfectly as possible. So they didn't all end up getting killed.

Willbrand turns to the portal, ready to train his rifle on it at a moment's notice. "Roger. Nothing's coming through this portal, and if that nothing does come through, it will rue the day."

Now, standing guard was something he could easily do. "Do you know where that weird zombie fellow is? We need him to scan the vamp ship remnants ASAP."

You see Baelek enter the room. He had been searching the ship and he shakes his head indicating that the less-than-alive companion is not on board. He does however have the vaguely Arabic-looking oldster in tow. Seeing that her was the only other arcane practitioner on board. Baelek then takes position to your left, holding another of the rifles he had earlier, training it on the portal. The old sorcerer looks at the portal through bleary eyes. Had he been asleep through the whole of the recent events? You hear him muttering about necromancy and quantum mechanics under his breathe.

Gish moved through the ship and let the portal close behind himself. He was the last through as well as he knew. The ship wasn’t under assault anymore as he let the flows of power guide him to the scene of the battle. He had half expected to find fighting still going on but it was not… a testament to the skill of the soldierly members.

He began to take his time to study the ebbing magic and life.
