You manage to push Oola easily as she is talking. She yelps as she is forced in. Tessa is a bit stronger but you push her in too! Now only You and Cassius the centaur and the bot are all that are still at the lunar site.
You can either leave too or stick around.

She went over to the nervous breakdown robot to see if she could get it out of it's panic attack. But it seemed unlikely (8) after which she darted towards the portal.

You are able to move past the incoming fire of the space vampires. The sound of crunching Lunar soil under your feet as you take up a flanking position. Baelek seems to have some luck as well as he; while reduced to using his retro-looking microwave pistol scores a hit. Albeit at the pistols notoriously short range. The vamp screeches are animalistic. The jet-black flight suit melts away as sections of its skin, flesh, and bone do the same. It lies thrashing about as the remaining two vamps hurl snarls and curses at Baelek and send high-speed globes of boiling hot blue plasma from their weapons to Baelek's position.

The space vampire girl moves with inhuman speed, shattering her crystal coffin and dodging your sword sweep. She crouches low gauging the situation. " Too slow there baby!", she snarls as she is now in one of her true forms. White pale skin, covered in sorcerous tattoos and completely nude. She looks over to the Law bot as it is having its meltdown and jumps to it. At a speed that should have smashed her body flat into the armored hull of the droid. Rather her form seems to merge with the bots. A portion of her arm here a leg there.

The bot's eyes go wide as its head expands like a balloon. It tries to speak but its,"Mouth", is forced open and the vamp's evil grin on her face shows through as is she was poking out from its gullet.The Space girl speaks. "Let me put something on! Something for the occasion!" She has completely possessed the body of the bot in a strange fusion of sorcery and technology. The bot looks like it is ready to attack.

[Violation. Violation. This unit is being commandeered by an organic on the molecular level.]

"Quiet you!", says the space girl laughing.

The necromancer is caught off guard by how... visceral and swift her possession took place. He shifted his feet on the ground and grunted, "Oh, no that won't be acceptable but I can call a malfunctioning golem acceptable losses in the case of perhaps saving the lives of others nearby."

He lets out a forlorn series of whistles that echo or seem to echo inside himself as they exit and his hand extends a lance of blackened light forms for his assault. They needed to stop her from getting more in the way of feeding... Gosh hoped she had to have their blood on her lips. He had known tales of a Vampire Bloodmage and that fellow was a mess to fight but he couldn't trust her blood and blood magic was not HIS primary skill. Raw annihilation was the application. The End was what he weilded now.

well, a 3 isn't a 1 but it probably doesn't do the trick either

Taking advantage of their frustration and animalistic instincts, Willbrand pops out from his cover to fire at them, taking advantage of his flanking angle. With aimed, controlled fire, he focuses on taking down one of the two, to give Baelek some breathing space.

OOC: Spending another level of effort of Speed to hit one. Don't know what Flanking gives me.

You all arrive via the portal on the Martian ship. There you see the other alien girl Tia'Ja look perplexed then concerned. "What happened?", she asks wondering what could have made you all return so quickly with such a short of time spent on the other side of the portal.

While your strike does find its mark it does penetrate the law bots chassis. The lance does not find its mark. Demona laughs after feinting a look of betrayal. "A fellow unliving attacks? Are you a ghoul? Or some other form? I see you have aligned yourself with the living. Have they promised you something? Certainly, nothing unlife can not give you !", she says as she knocks the lance aside.
The law bot lumbers over as if it is ready to swat you aside. " Come", she says cooing. "Let us feed and leave this place. I will grant you passage to Resurrection. There I will personally take you and teach you sorcerous ways that have been thought to have been lost for millennia. "

Your shot finds its target. The narrow high-intensity beams of energy punch neat smoldering holes in the forehead of one of the vamps. The other shot(s) separate its left arm from its torso in cauterized precision. It drops in a jumbled heap kicking up lunar dust as it contacts the ground. You see that the beast-like face is still snarling in its stiff rictus face. The other vamp seems to be diving for cover having seen its two comrades fall.
Meanwhile, Baelek is moving to a better position also trying to flank the vamp from a slightly right-angle position.

" So uhhh good news we might have gotten a new crew member. bad news she's the creature that was imprisoned in that container so uhh. We might want to I dont know prepare for that." she said anxiously.

Realizing it's two against one now, and wanting to finish it quickly, Willbrand gets up from his cover to perform an assault maneuver, blasting at the vampire who took cover to pin it and keep its head down while Baelek was getting close enough for the kill shot. Nice and steady...

OOC: Hmm, dunno how to handle this to be honest; not an attack per se but keeping it from attacking while we close in. Just in case, rolling a straight-up die.

The necromancer sighed, "Tailed girl..." his voice was like a parent trying to help a child understand and remember multiplication tables, "She is saying I should tear the life out of everyone here and become her servant. She isn't asking about becoming a part of our team."

He understands that the usual rudiment magics are unlikely to be particularly effective. He needed time... This is why so many turn evil they wanted forever and they wanted it easily. They wanted the secrets of the ages handed to them. "That kind of course kills rider and horse, you're clearly the morally worse. Your Resurrection induction has corrupted your function and your magic just wins you a hearse."

Gish directs his magic again to strike but this time a more area effect, a tight whirlwind of black beams tries to shred Demona apart.

Gish rolled 14 using 1d20.

Tia'ja looks at the portal and says,"We might have to wait. If we close it now some of the others might not have an easy way to make it back." She then begins heading to her billet to grab some gear. In case something else came through the portal and they were being boarded.

Not bad you both manage to neutralize all the treats.


The barrage keeps the space vampire's head down. While Baelek moves in. In another moment he had dispatched the vampire with a shot sending it to oblivion. There among the burning and smoldering remains of both the vampires' ship and bodies, you see that some of the ship survived the crash. If there were any time to search it now would be the time. Unless it would be wiser not to enter something imbued with their sorcery and alchemy.
The other option would be to decide on another course of action now that the enemy ship was downed.

Your magic strikes out catching the law boit and Demona. She shrieks as your whirlwind begins to rapidly take the bot apart. There is smoke and sparks. Components and the bots physical form are torn apart leaving only heaps of structure and more detailed parts lying around. Demona seeing the danger decides it best to teleport herself away. There is a green glow of her form and a flash leaving an after image. Then she is gone. The only thing remaining is a destroyed law bot and a now empty city square. The lunar civilians had fled to safer locations before the battle began. You see the marshal rush out cursing and stammering at you the bot and the centaur.

Gish roared in frustration and it lasted longer than mortal human lungs could have held but then, after a few seconds of quiet he composed himself but it quelled the tornado. "Next time I find one I'm just destroying them and you can give me a bounty on the ashes or soul... Marshal... I don't know how far she teleported but I have to hope it was all the way to her origin. I regret the loss of your golem but that seems to be in the nature of the foe. I'll have to come up with servants of special design to combat her kind in the future. You may have been on your greatest diligence but you and I have both failed these people... I need more information on them to prepare proper spells."

He started back toward the portal himself.

With the threat neutralized, and double-checking to make sure that no vamp was hiding anywhere in the wreckage -or playing dead, pun intended-, Willbrand turned to Baelek. "Let's get the dead guy to check this thing. He would understand a hell of a lot more than me, but I'll try. Can you get him while I'm scanning this?"

With that, he slung the rifle on his back and activated his wrist computer to start scanning the entire place for any information he could get, just in case they had to cut and run... or it was boobytrapped to destroy itself. He paid special attention to that, in case there was any self-destruct and if it would get them too.

OOC: Intellect check, I assume? Spending a level of effort and I have the Wrist computer as an asset...

At your words, the normally takie Marshal stammers and sputters not a coherent word leaves his lips. After a moment he mumbles,"I donna frag be da gon." Then turns and begins looking for the fallen law bot's main processor. The centaur follows you through the portal too. As for Demona you wonder if she is still on the Lunar surface? There does seem to be some form of vamp incursion here. Is it because they, the other vamps were looking for her? Or was it something more sinister?

Baelek seemingly understanding you, begins to call and check in on his Martian gunship. You hear a female voice on the other end as he speaks in curt intonations. Your equipment seems to have been somehow damaged during the combat. Must have been the hit you took. Your equipment at least some of it was destroyed. Finding or repairing these should be done soon.

Baelek finishes speaking over his communicator and then joins you at the wreckage and sighs sensing your frustration.

O.C.C. The GM will be kind. Only destroying some handy equipment.

Oola looks at you shaking her head. The girl looks frightened and is shaking. You can tell this girl is no adventurer. The present events have shaken her nerves. Tess on the other hand looks more calm but ready to spring into action at a moment's notice. Tia'Ja holds her tongue seeing the mental state and the body language of you and the girls. She stands ready for an attack.

She went over giving Oola a hug and a gentle tendril rub. " We'll be ok you did well talking to the robot. I don't know what you said but it sounded confident" she said soothingly.

With a few short curses, Willbrand realized that scanning was out of the picture as the shots had taken out his computer and scanner. "Let's get Gish here", he says, making the gesture of "here" and saying their undead companion's name, and then signifies to Baelek with gestures that his radio is dead.
