To Faerun

The blastdoors open up to a compact 5 person flight deck, 2 smaller circular divots on the floor and 1 larger  circular divot in the middle of the deck. There is a robed figure floating in the middle of the larger divot. These divots are the interaction sections for the TW Jump Device.
The guard that guided the crew to the bridge points to one of the smaller divots [Language unknown: "WI Pronceith, ecatheme u eve Wh Eiomni. Ster pe plain nd ch hoeter aiecos os traenclat trevnait uneisadiou nceestoutlatere weng prothaith p p wala ichhisate all bewa inivmeuswa t ntckis. The Hour flies by as various TW / Mystical vessels line up to the main jump point. Layers of protections are unraveled and the massive destructive nature of the Galactic Ley Line Rift spirals wildly through dimensions. One by one vessels perform their jump and are flung towards their destination.
GM Note: If it wasn't for the station anyone attempting to use this location to teleport would be torn asunder by the manic dimensional energies.
GM Note: A 4D item is being use to keep the Rift Stable, it was only detectable when it is being used to contain the Rift for use.

The Magic of the Sensor / Navigator Caster Plate expands Roland's senses 100x and across dimensions he feels his familiar emotions and see through her eyes.
  • Shelly is on the edge of a coast cleaning laundry with other people.
  • Shelly is neutral tired.

The Ship's mage calls up [Language unknown: "Tedrutill antsanardwasove..."] and reality melts away.


Rules of Faerun:
  • No two gods in the same pantheon could have identical portfolios.
  • When two gods clashed, one of three results occurred:
    1. One god faded from the Realms.
    2. Both gods merged.
    3. One (or both) god(s) altered their portfolio(s) sufficiently that both could remain in or join the Faerûnian pantheon.

Traveling to Faerun the group will be considered lesser deities (godlings) holding sway over the following domains, the party is immune to transformations and mind altering abilities of lessor 4D effects so the party will only be considered in contention with gods holding similar domains. Only traveling to Faerun and performing divination skills / powers will reveal more information.

On Faerun

The ship plops into reality high in orbit above Faerun. The ships sensors mark a location where Roland's feels that his Familiar is. On the view screen the marker hovers above a small coastal settlement that has a 10 ships on route to the settlement.
The crew member at the technological sensor station says out lout [Language unknown: "Sepl'mien Ectvenset Intativen n antelo lo lesnc artundfor'iveman ect nteun illessvor."]

The Mage frowns [Language unknown: "Se oulfi iv ateun ilunmiro ... lo ta set ndpo fomiss e ica na his and staurelesreares ckss fiallo. The Settlement has around 1000 people at it, most of the settlement is temporary tent camps surrounding a hand full of permanent wooden buildings.

To the group:

"Given the urgency, I believe the Mage's offer of teleportation would be fastest. But if something did go wrong, having a shuttle would be helpful. I will ready myself for whichever the group decides. However, we should be sensitive to disturbing the locals."

Ja-hon will be prepared to utilize the Phase Power: Fast Draw (OOC: see google Doc for attunement list) upon landing, but will go in robes so as not to scare any locals. Ja-Hon will have the Psionic Powers: Sense Magic, Sixth Sense, and Enhanced Reflexes active for when the put boots on the ground.

Sarge armors up and wraps himself in his H. Cloak.. then  he grabs his spear and his rune staf , securing it to his  webgear he wears outside his armor, along with his scroll case ,and his Sweeper..

"We got ten minutes, best we can do is , if they let us teleport  them far away, or see if they have a plan and we can help them, we do not force them to do a thing. got it?"

The team gathers together for the long distant teleport, the Ships Mage warns everyone that the teleport is coming, then the energies wash over the team placing them gently in the middle of the village near the largest building. People look briefly at the team arriving then go back to their regular duties - the day to day life of those that are substance living.


Shelly is to the North and is neutral tired.


An older Gentleman walks out of the large building and prostrates himself in front of Roland [Language unknown:  "Stihouthu In, trahasiou ek lat arearders nt ardwheate."]

To his crew Sarge writes  a note.. before he casts Tongues.. the note says

Since Roland looks the most normal he lets him take the lead, hoping he remembers they are on a Ten minute Timer..

The Town

Roland casts Tongues on himself as soon as he realizes he cannot understand the elder.
He also attempts to see through Shelly's senses to see what kind of condition she's in/where she is.

Once he does that he bids the elder to rise. [Language unknown: "Chch rewill, Lo thoto ingticesseen lepre neom'cemo. Les ted k. M prte ntireawasman."]  Roland indicates to his left, and starts walking toward his pull to Shelly while gazing out over the horizon of the sea.

He turns back to the Elder.  "Illithid slavers are on their way here now.  Are you aware of this? They will be here in less than 10 minutes. What is your plan? Do you have weapons or a means to defend yourself?"


Roland watches for his reaction to the question of the slavers, looking to see if it catches him off guard or not.

Telepathy as well on the Elder for his surface thoughts while gauging his reaction to the news.  ISP 4. 2/min per level.

Roland isn't overly impressive today.

The Vehicles

Those vehicles that were listed are the inbound formation from the Illithid Ships.
The Town has:
  • 3 Donkeys
  • 5 Bulls
  • 10 Cows
  • 20 Pigs



  • There are no defensive positions for the town.
  • There are 5 wooden homes, they are S.D.C. buildings.
  • There is 1 worship area, it is a M.D.C. building.
  • There is 1 Town Hall, it is a M.D.C. building.
  • There rest are S.D.C. tents.

Once inside of the church the insides are marked with several divine symbols. A blood covered alter with a recent sacrifice - a young virgin from the local children. The Symbol for Destruction glows brightest on the alter while the other symbols glow slightly. Looking at the symbols (The Crew is immune to Mental Affects of a lesser 4D nature) and know that the power calls to Roland and the crew, but they are immune to the compulsion like they are immune to the boons given to them when they cross over and assume the divine portfolios.

GM Note

The crew has started the call to gather the villagers.
For now the portal has not activated to maximize the amount of people capable of running away.
When the Defensive actions are started I will post more time passing activities.

Ja-Hon is not happy about the sacrifice, he will glare at the priest to show his disapproval.


Ja-Hon will use the Phase Power: Fast Draw (80 ISP) to draw his PH 100 Heavy Phase Beamer. He will use Phase Power: Multi-Phase to create 5 duplicates of himself (100 ISP) which will last 11 minutes. Ja-Hon and his duplicates will move to stand near the front door to the church and preparing himself to hold the door.

The Gateway opens

The Presence of Multiple Ja-Hon's with heavy weapons soothed the gathered crowds
Roland's charm helped gather the people efficiently.


The crowd gathers and forms up the best they can.
Sarge completes the casting of the spell and the gateway opens up, nearby the shimmering barrier of Caer Bolon can be seen nearby.



There are two layers to the Caer the outer layer is nothing more than a barren parking lot while the inner layer of the city is protected by a field similar to that of protection circle: superior, allowing only mortals to cross over but not causing supernaturals to flee looking at the barrier.

There are beings moving around the inner layer of the city, but it is murky and hard to pick up details.

The Radio Chatter is generic stuff one would hear with their radio turned on traveling 21 century earth.


Reviewing the people that was gathered the crew was able to transit 420 people away from the coastline. The rest were left behind and are unreachable now.

He then asks Shelly privately, then his team. "Have any of you heard anything about this city?  I realize that we just learned about it not too long ago but I'd hate to drop them off in slaver central, or worse.]

The city is obscure to Roland, he's hoping Shelly or one of the others knows more simply because taking them from the slavers and sending them to a city that's just as bad wouldn't sit real well with him....but time and resources are limited...and here is, at least for now, better than where they were.
