I suppose the first thing that's going to come up is the minimum gold for 1st level. Keep in mind that this is in keeping with the adventure, that it asks the DM to ensure the characters are poor to begin with. It also helps provide the incentive for adventure :).

Also on the Deities and Demigods thread, if I'm missing a God you think should be included ask. If a god seems to be missing a domain and you think that domain is appropriate then ask (given all the sourcebooks it is not an exhaustive list by any means in that thread). Certain things such as the power level of a god as posted in that thread takes precedent over published material.

You're characters would know little to nothing about the Temple of Elemental Evil. Though you might could learn some things about it from the people in Hommlett as you arrive and interact with the townsfolk :)

You will be coming from the direction of Verbobonc though and most likely came this way due to hearing about banditry along the roads with the Viscount having posted a notice for the need for adventurers to clear out the bandits.

Unfortunately that's about all Albrecht knows at this point.

Oh i didn't mention this in the Character Creation thread, but I was wanting to use fractional accounting for BAB and Saves since we are gestalt characters. This won't change anything for a 1st level character but will for future characters.

I'm not sure how familiar you guys are with the subject.

For those not familiar with fractional BAB/saves, at each level your character gains the fractional equivalent of the normal BAB/save progression for your classes.  So, a fighter would gain +1 BAB, a monk would gain +0.75 BAB and a wizard would gain +0.5 BAB.  For saves, there are two progressions, good and bad.  Good progressions gain +0.5 to the save at each level, and bad progressions gain +0.33 at each level, with good progressions getting +2.5 at 1st level.  An example is below. Note that, with gestalt, you would take the better progression in each category.

I've found with gestalts this is a better option.
