Can we hear this?  Where are the rest of us?

Brankx, Gora and Lowrra are farther back down the hall, about 30 feet from the entrance of the room. Although keeping out of sight of the barracks room, which is still farther back down the hall (another 10), you can see down the hall into the room at the end.

So far, there was nothing to hear... possibly Augustus's whispered spell chant or the faint crackle of Zinashi's breath weapon. Both of them were trying to keep from alerting the rest of the bugbears.

Brankx is guarding the barracks door in case anyone comes through

TO BE CLEAR - entangling does NOT make someone helpless. As Zinashi stated in-character. It just prevents them from walking around. They can still attack, yell, etc.

Gora seems consistently to dislike most everything Zinashi does.

But whatever. You were here first, Gora. I'll leave and let the party stay as it was.

Apologies for the delay. Crappy week for posting, not the least of which is our dog died Wednesday a week ago. He was 15 years old, hearing and sight had diminished some, but he was still spry and alert until about a week before the end. He went downhill rather quickly. Still miss him, though it only hurts now and then when I think about it. Keep looking at all the spots he used to lay as if I'll still see him there.

Shit. I'm sorry. That is not fun. Condolences.

Thank you. We still have two young small dogs and two young cats, so we're good for now. They all help.

We've mourned the loss of over half a dozen kitties over the last couple of decades (i suppose it doesn't help that we only adopt adult cats), and it never gets easier

Now that the holidaze are past and it's a new year (Happy, happy, joy, joy to everyone), just checking to see if anyone wants to keep this game going.

Apologies for the delay. Minor health issues have got me off to a slow start in the New Year...

Personal health and family always take priority - never apologize for that.

The issues are only minor... just the three together have left me with insufficient mental energy to post. And sometimes when I do get some, I'm off doing chores or running errands. Plus I got a new computer for Christmas but it's got some drawbacks.

Anyway, things seem to be slowly improving.
