An issue that has arisen.
Okay, I run an adult game and upon having to remove a player due to finding an issue with the age. Since removal, said player has sent mail to me stating issues I feel the admin of the site should know. When I try to send them a message though, nothing happens. It will not let me for some reason, so does anyone have a suggestion as to how I should inform them?

Re: An issue that has arisen.
Well, your off to a good start here. At least they'll see this, I think.

All the same, if you haven't checked off the small boxes on the rMail list that say

-To/cc moderators (For the moderators)
-To/cc administrator (for jase himself)

Then it might not send the message if there's no recipient. If that doesn't work, you could consider sending an rMail to one of the moderators specifically by typing in their name in the recipient box. You could find any of their names around the site. At that, if checking the boxes off doesn't yield any results, you might try to do the singular notification idea and bring up that checking the boxes off isn't getting you anywhere.

That's about all I could think of for now.

It won't even bring up the recipient list box. That's why I posted here.

Do you have rMail turned on in your user preferences?  Not sure how you would receive rmails if you didn't, but thought I'd ask to be sure.

No, wait, are you saying this person is sending rMail messages, or *e*mail messages to you?

Honey, that was an either/or question: rMail or email?

Re: An issue that has arisen.
Then that *is* weird... and I'm at a loss.

Hopefully a Mod will contact you soon to get it straightened out.  I'm thinking they'll want to know about a player with wonky age statements, regardless of any other issues you're having.

ETA: Did you try the usual "log out, log back in" and clearing your cache and cookies?  If you don't know how, the easiest way is to Google how for your browser.

Well, good luck then, both with the player issue and your rMail.
