Latest post for the 'Wanted - GMs' section broken?
The latest post for a thread I posted in in the 'Wanted - GMs' section has the time stamp of the original post still. I checked a number of other threads there that suffer from the same issue. I posted again in the thread, and it updated, but it had nearly been pushed off the first page before I noticed.

Is this a regular thing? I'm a noob, loving the site so far, but that seemed weird.

That is exactly how that forum is supposed to work - it's called "bump calming", and is intended to prevent people bumping threads every few hours to keep them at the top of the forum (because if everybody did that with their own thread it would be ridiculous).

Threads can only be bumped once per week.  So that particular thread was started a week ago, and your posts were made less than a week after that, until you posted recently (which bumped the thread).

The same system is used in the Wanted - Players forum, again due to the quantity of traffic there.

In reply to bigbadron (msg # 2):

Ah okay, that makes sense, thanks. Like I said, only new to the site, so plenty of dumb questions in my head :)
