Absolutely.  Jacob is more about saving lives than taking them.  Killing would be an extreme measure for him.  Beating the stuffing out of a murder, on the other hand, is always acceptable.

Is Justicar right...?  Well, lol.. that's debatable.. but he personality-wise is a gung-ho, super-genius teen, with a super-villain, super rich, super-powered mother and he KNOWS how Wealth, Privilege and Power can be abused to hurt the innocent!  So his views are, kind of biased, towards doing "Whatever It Takes!" to stop criminals... he is boarder-line vigilante!

my appoligies to everyone for disappearing..it's been a series of health and family issues, up to and including the sudden passing of one of my oldest and closest friend's wife, who I was also very close to...

thank you all, it's meant alot..and I am sorry for disappearing like that again..my friend needed help with all the arrangements and paperwork..and just someone to be there..and you guys have been great helping me do that..

I went through all that with my wife when my mother-in-law died four years ago.   I helped out in any way I could to make it easier on her and my father-in-law.  Including getting things organized day-of so all they had to do was greet people, reminisce, and grieve.  It's a lot of work.  Dying is the easy part.

I think it would be possible to just slip back in, we are at a new briefing point really, so more than welcome I would say. :)
