COMBAT MANAGEMENT

Each character has a certain number of actions per melee. To speed combat while maintaining these standards, all combat actions will be posted in this thread. Each character should have an editable post in this thread. That post will list the character's actions during the current round. When the round is over, the GM will clear these posts and indicate new combat posts are needed. Each player should EDIT their post in this thread to indicate their next action. Actions that have already been performed will be struck through. These posts will be formatted as follows:

[*]an action that hasn't been performed
[*]
[*]
[/olist]

It is possible that you have more actions than the example shows, the format remains the same. The posts will appear as follows:

    Actions for round #
  1. an action that has been performed
  2. an action that hasn't been performed




As an example:
    Actions for round 5
  1. use judo throw to take the dude off his feet
  2. Throw a Power Kick at the guy so he knows to keep his hands off a lady!
  3. power kicks require two melee actions




Any actions not filled in will be considered 'pending' until such time as the player does fill them in. If the GM arrives at a pending action, he will wait twenty-four hours before assigning some generic action to the character and continuing the story.

Uhm.. just note you have taken away everyone's base two attacks.  At best we'll never have more than four until high levels... but ALL the published NPC's Still have listed their full attacks, 2+ whatever hand to hand they have.  We could be out actioned to death like that.

Well if you don't use the published villains for Heroes Unlimited its not an issue.  But I also suppose you could just subtract two attacks from any of the published villains to mitigate that too! :)

All NPC's will be created utilizing the house rules as listed here, if I use ANY published characters they will be revised to fall under those rules.
This includes restrictions, no characters will possess a restricted combination of abilities (such as Supernatural PS and Invulnerability).
