Although a typical dive bar otherwise, the bar area itself seems newly remodeled. There are two bored bartenders and a dozen rough-looking bikers inside. At a table in a corner, Billy Klang sits drinking alone. The bikers keep glancing sidelong at Klang, but when any one nudges another and directs them towards the rock star, the directed biker shakes his head with, perhaps, a little fear in his eyes.

Crusader nodded at Justicar. "Go to the door and take down the first one out. Then come in and make sure none of them get out. I'm going in that window."

She picked up a bike close the the bar side window and hucked it, intending it to make a bridge to the bar. Bar tenders usually had shotguns in places like this and it was best to neutralize those quickly.

Justicar glanced through the window to get a lay out of the terrain.  His eyes go wide at someone he spotted and recognized.

Shaking his head he whispers to Crusader, "You DO see Billy Klang in there correct?  He's a known meta-mutant and was in our files.  He has Sonic powers.  He does not seem to be part of the Biker gang.  Hang on.. I'll get into position but wait for my thumb's up signal."

Justicar moved over to the Door and drew his Stun Gun {Blaster}, but he stepped next to the window out of sight and leaned with his back to it resting his head gently against the window, arms crossed at his chest concealing the Stun Gun {Blaster} under the arm of his armored leather jacket ~ for all intents looking like some young biker leaning against the outside of the building enjoying a smoke perhaps. Hikari spoke in a low and hushed tone letting his speech vibrate the window through his head ~ hoping the Sonic powered mutant's hearing is sensitive enough to hear him.

~"Billy Klang, this is Justicar of the LESP... we are not here for you.  The Bikers in there with you are running a Child Trafficking Ring we are only here for them. I don't know what kind of man you are but your record does not seem to be the type to hurt children... the dirt bags in there with you ARE! You can leave or keep on drinking in peace. We'll be quick subdue them and leave you be."~

His words spoken, he slides back out of sight covering the door with his Stun Gun {Blaster} ready to subdue the first to exit from behind an easy takedown...

Looking up from his beverage, Billy Klang glares at the bikers. He says, "child trafficking? You guys said you ride for fun."
Then he starts to sing. Every piece of glass in the building shatters and the bikers and bartenders grab their ears and drop to their knees.
He stops as Crusader chucks the bike to the bar. As Crusader and Hikari enter, Billy steps back into the corner and stands with his arms crossed.

Initiatives need to be rolled

Of note, the NPC's are -6 to initiative due to Billy's scream. For those able to recognize it, Billy was mimicking Roger Daltrey's famous "Yeah!" from Won't Get Fooled Again, but with more energy.

Justicar strides in mirrored shades gleaming 'Terminator-Style' and calmly efficiently shoots the nearest two still reeling Bikers closest to the exit/main door with his Stun Gun {Blaster}...

Crusader ran up to the window and hopped in using the bike as a bridge between the window and the bar top. Her first target was the bar tenders to make sure whatever weapons they had would not be used. First punch the close one. Second grab a glass and throw it at second bar tender. Third grab first barkeep and throw him at second. Forth, find weapons. Fifth, remove ammo from weapons.

Crusader takes out the bartenders, and neutralizes the single shotgun that was behind the bar. Hikari gives two of the bikers a stun shot. Billy Klang stands in the corner. The bikers try to gather their bearings.
OOC: use all your actions for this turn, then roll another initiative.

Justicar noting that the bikers are still too disoriented to attack he forgoes bothering to dodge and fires his Stun Gun {Blaster} at two more nearby targets...

Crusader flipped the gun so that she was holding the barrel, "Batter up." There was a glee in her voice and a smile in her eyes as she started with the biker closest to her and worked her way toward Hikari.

Billy Klang seems to be inspired by Crusader's glee. He darts towards three bikers sitting at a table, as he runs he shouts incoherently. Instead of a shout, the energies from his voice slam into the tableau in front of him. One of the bikers stumbles back to a corner and falls. Another grunts and bends over. Billy's third shout shatters the cheap chair and particle board table. When he reaches the bikers, he starts doing a Jet Li impression punching and kicking the biker who hadn't been hit with his sonic blast before backhanding the already bent over final member of the table.
Crusader stalks through the bar, mowing down the bikers with a broken shotgun. They spin, or stagger back, or drop like a sack of potatoes, depending on the angler of her blow.
The only men still standing in the bar would be the four Hikari stunned, if they hadn't dropped to the floor and assumed a position prepared for prone restraint. They make numerous surrender pleas.

Crusader lifted one of the prone men effortlessly as she tossed the ruined gun aside. The formerly prone man's feet dangled as the normal sized man held aloft by 5'5" Crusader. She spoke slowly, "I will only ask once. Answer incorrectly or lie and I will make you regret it in some horribly creative way I will spend days coming up with. Where are they?"

Justicar moved to Crusader's right flank Keeping close watch on the surrendered biker thugs.  It occurred to Hikari he was not prepared to restrain criminals out of his armor... he made a mental note to add plastic 'zip-tie' restraints to his 'field' civilian gear.  Since he maintained no separate Identity... he was never not Justicar.

Justicar reloaded his Stun Gun {Blaster} with a fully charged E-Clip from his jacket pocket and commented softly to Crusader, "...see? 0.00 casualties.  Conflict... need not mean bloodshed."

He was about to mention calling the police... but hearing her threat to the Biker Thug he maintained his silence... now was not the time to bogged down with procedure if there were indeed children still at risk.  He was content to let Crusader take lead on this...

Instead he pulled out his cell phone and took a picture of the faces of each of the Biker Thugs.

Cocking his head he looked Klamor/Billy Klang's way, "Hey Billy, Thanks a bunch.. you didn't need to help out or get involved, but I'm grateful you did.  It won't be for a while yet... but eventually the police are going to be here... you may not want to be here when they arrive, if you trying to keep it low-key.  We understand, we'll keep you name out of it if you prefer."

Billy Klang looks at the bikers on the floor, and shakes his head. "nah, I needed this."
He returned to the table he had occupied before, talking as he shuffles wearily along. "You may not believe it, but I'm worth a fortune. I wrote songs, sang 'em on stage, I did TWO shows at Carnegie! Two platinum, one gold. I was riding high. Till I hit the high note in 'Driving Down Perdition'. Brought the roof down, falling concrete and stuff. The people made it out okay, but not without enough close calls to show me how dangerous I was."
Sitting at the table, Billy drinks a bit more and goes on, "All I ever wanted to do was my music. Father Kinkaid got it, too. He saw my pain and showed me a way to keep singing without hurting anyone. Except for the poor souls he duped into joining that circus. He used me. He lied to me, then he used me."
"Ya know, that's becoming a theme. Tell you what, if dipstick there won't answer your questions, you remind him that he and his friends lied to me, and were probably planning to use me. I haven't done a full concert in some time, for those guys, I'll make an exception."

Stuck in the midst of the emotional forces around him, the dangling biker spills his guts. Which does little good. They wait in the bar till they get a phone call about a vehicle. They go out and escort the vehicle past the city. They don't know where anything comes from, or goes.
