Although not marked on any map, or otherwise labeled, Aeaea is the name Doctor Phage has given to his island vessel. It's named after the island where Odysseus's men were turned into swine.
The surface of the small, artificial island is covered with oddly shaped, plant-like structures^*. These structures are covered in a fuzzy, green growth that appears moss-like. The vessel, itself, is approximately 150 feet across and 200 feet in length. It is shaped like a mound, gently swelling to fifty-five feet above the waterline in the center of the vessel.

At the 1 mile marker distance for the operation to begin Justicar rises from the sea floor to within 20'ft still submerged under of the Zodiac inflatables as they stop and launches his two underwater drones-Lambda and Zeta.

He will wait for Sensor Garcia to get the team in the water with their Dreger Rebreathers as he positions his drones and they extend their arms to serve as SDVs for the team..two person to each drone.  Then Justicar moves over to Chimpman Z to take hold of his harness... ready to take him to the isle personally.  Justicar gives Senor Garcia the thumbs up ... and Drone-Zeta extends its index finger on its robotic arm appendage hand ready to follow Senor Garcia's direction as a joystick controller.

Everyone secured Justicar leads the way to the Bio-ship Aeaea underwater setting the depth no deeper than 20 meters.  The drone move at a pace of 9 knots making the trip take about 8 minutes and Justicar keeps pace with the drones.  His suit's blue paneling and azure metal mesh ballistic cloak shifting strangely colored surface patterns in the dim evening undersea light.



Only once the group is within 100'ft of the Aeaea does Justicar break complete radio silence to text on the LESPradio2 secure channel...

For a visual check, once one understood what one was looking at Herald wasn't hard to locate, although "that cloud of mist is moving between the waves faster than it should" would come to mind. He was intent on staying in the lows between the waves when he could, but sometimes he had to go over the wave line for brief times. As a result, his path was not the most direct it could have been.

He arrived, and made his first contact with the island and its strange life with a spray of mist that had finally caught up to him due to wind drag. He felt the need to assess the island momentarily, taking in the best path to the A3 hatch. No one else had yet declared it, and Garcia had a surprise in mind, he felt confident entering in that direction.

Assuming nothing stops him, he checks to see if the hatch is unlocked, and if it can be opened quietly.

When it came time to disembark from the Zodiac, Senor Garcia went into the water first, and verified his Draeger worked properly before coming up and motioning for Chimp Man Z to enter the water. After ensuring that al was in order with Chim Man Z’s Dreagar rebreather, he motioned for the next member of the team to enter the water and continued the process for  Bellissima, Runa, and Maharajah. Once done he directed each person to one of JUSTICAR’s drones.

With the checks complete and everyone ready to go, Senor Garcia guided the two drones under the island.

As they made their approach, he switched the vision mode of his goggles from the normal, infrared, thermal, and electromagnetic spectrums. He looked specifically for cameras, traps and other hostile things such as the odd shark or some plant like tentacle reaching out to grab them.

As much as he wanted to head towards the rear of the submarine to place the demo charges, he had to ensure the rest of the team made it inside the base through the underwater airlock first, then he could go place the demo charges.

Señor Garcia does a good job explaining the use of the rebreather to everyone. It was good that he took the time to do so, once in the water the shock of the cold almost knocked the careful instructions of Señor Garcia from the hero's minds. But with Señor Garcia right there, no one said anything.

He had calculated the idea of going through hatch A1, instead but decided to simply go through with the declared plan. It would be an interesting test.

He recorded the bird being devoured, and quietly whispered. "Probable maximum size of consumption. Potential hazard if swarming, seem to favor devouring in whole. A delaying tactic at best against a human, although the possibility of small limb removal should not be dismissed."

He opened the hatch as quietly as he could, and he slipped down into the structure, his eyes and senses very active as he slowly and quietly closed the hatch behind him.

Spotting Winter Herald in motion Justicar moved with Chimpman Z under water delivering CMZ to the shore of the Bioship near Hatch 2#.  Giving CMZ the 'thumbs up' briefly before submerging again to head quickly under water to the opposite side of the Bioship to the 'shore' and his own Hatch 1#.

Justicar surfaced Drone-Delta detached and rolled onto the surface with its treads as Justicar walked to Hatch 1# opened it and enter... as stealthily as he could manage.

Señor Garcia guides the drone turned SDV to a point under the underwater airlock. He then inspects the airlock to see if he can open up the outer door...

Bellissima listened as Garcia helped them use the breathers and when she got into the water, she gave him a thumbs up to show that she was breathing okay.  She she grabbed on to one of the arm of Drone Lambda.

Hearing about the tentacles under the isle-ship and seeing them was two different things, it was a much visceral. Shaking it off, as they drove up to the airlock, Bellissima waved at Garcia and pointed to herself before she reached out and touched the airlock, sending her consciousness into it and opening it up without triggering the security system.

She then used her control of the systems, to check the security systems to see if she could find out how many people were in the Isle-ship, where they were.  Silence any alarms the others might be triggering or about to trigger when they opened up the hatches they were at.

Runa had listened to the brief but detailed instructions Senior Garcia had given about how to use the device that would allow them to breathe under water. It seemed like magic to her, like many of the devices here in this time and place but she knew from Lilibeth they were not. Just clever contrivance of craftsmen and women.

Using the device, she exited the small canoe that had carried them close to the strange island, slipping under the waves with the rest. She held onto the torpedo like machine with the others and marveled at the small things ability to pull all of them with a quickness towards the island.

For this part of the mission, she was more an observer. If she was asked, she could no doubt wither away a part of the island ship and create an entrance for the team but that was not the preferred option.

She watched as the mind mage, Bellissima, attempted to use her power to open the way for them.

CMZ had listened carefully to the instructions about using the rebreathers.  While he had find it easy to breathe with it, he still finds himself holding hos breath for a large portion of the trip.
Once at the hatch, he waits the alloted amount of time, then reaches out to attempt to open it.  If he cannot open iteasily, he decides to try to wrench the hatch open with physical strength.

It soon becomes obvious that The Maharaja can't swim. Breathing through the device isn't difficult, but moving in the water without the assistance of the vehicle proves nigh on to impossible for the tall man. His relief, upon entering the hatch, is just as obvious.
But, he came to this world to be a hero. As soon as he's inside, The Maharaja activates his awareness of chi to look for potential enemies.

The heroes had coordinated their movements well. All of them were infiltrating the island at the same time.
[Secret to Winter Herald:As Winter Herald turns the wheel on the hatch (A3) and finds it open, he realizes he's not hearing any of the others having trouble. Looking down the shorline at Chimp Man Z, he sees the ape-ish man spin the wheel on the hatch he has approached with no more trouble than he himself had had. Entering the corridors, even his advanced senses hear nothing from the nearest rooms save the slightest trickle of water as if from a leaky faucet. There is noise coming from the corridor that runs past the airlock, but nothing visible. It's almost certain he hasn't been noticed.]

Bellissima frowned as the airlock wasn't integrated with any other systems, once they got out of the airlock and into the corridor, she took off the breather, but kept it handy. "I haven't found a integrated security system yet, no alarms have been triggered that I can sense," she informed the others as she kept mentally searching for any technological equipment to contact, especially a camera. She could have communicated telepathically, but she was too tired and needed to conserve her strength as much as possible.

It occurred to Winter Herald that his sensors might not be capable of perceiving a group that might not even be here, depending on how reliable their means of "dimensional travel" was.

He slowly moved to the source of the noise. If this was a trap of the kind he would have set up, it was a very expensive one.

He was annoyed at the misstep, though. That would prove a problem. He simply stood where he was, as if it were perfectly natural for him to be there, theoretically out of line of sight, until he confirmed someone was coming, or until he heard no movement.

Once it was clear that the rest of the team was able to gain entry into the underwater airlock using Bellissma's abilities, Senor Garcia turned the drone around and headed towards the rear of the submarine.

Once there he began the work of placing the explosives on/around the sub propellor. With eight packages of explosives provided, which was twice as much as needed, he quickly inspected each charge, using the six which were int he best shape, he placed six of the packages, keeping two for himself.

As per the team's discussion, Senor Garcia did not set up a countdown timer on the explosives. He then set up the remote timer tho, if need be, he could manually set off the charges. Next, he attempted to set up an anti-tamper device so that if anyone tried to remove the explosives they would go off. Last he set up a hair trigger that would set the explosive's if/when the propellors began to spin up.

OOC: My character never intended to enter the underwater airlock, as he still has to place the explosives.

Bellissima preps the Airlock for Garcia if he wants to use it to enter the interior after he was finished planting the charges on the submarine.  Seeing Winter Herald down the corridor, north of her for lack of a better direction, she waved at him.  She pointed at the hallway to the west, indicating he should check it.

She looked at Maharaja and Runa and pointed to the hallway that lead to a door across the hallway from the airlock, indicating they should check the door.  She indicated herself as staying here and watching to the south.  She could speak telepathically to people, but she was conserving as much energy as possible.

Runa nodded her head at the mind mage, looking the other woman in the eyes so that she would know she had seen her signal and understood its meaning.

Without a word, she moved down the corridor as silently as she could. 'Being a ninja' as Lilibeth called it, was not what she has trained for.
She reached the door and stood by it, waiting for Maharaja to be the one to open it as he most certainly was closer to being a 'ninja' than she was.

Justicar, not willing to leave anything to chance cracks the cabin door just enough to slip one of his External sensor whiskers to peek into the room to scan for visual confirmation the room is empty shifting through various optical scan IR, LI, UV, and his motion detector.

The Justicar's visual array is 360^deg... and though he does not physically look up he scans the ceiling and floor for any signs of occupancy.

If no one is spotted he will enter the cabin, shutting the door behind him and check the Head to make sure there are no occupants.

After setting the explosives, Senor Garcia swims up to the shroud surrounding the upper half of the submarines' hull. He then inspects the shroud, flipping through his goggles varisou vision modes.

Winter Herald continued his approach to the sound. He knew Chimp Man Z was here, and this meant there was a high chance the rest of the team was also here, although in what quantity or capacity was unknown to him. He briefly wondered if they had brought Smokh's people with them, but he was getting the impression this was not the case.

Slowly and steadily, at least for him, he advanced. For anyone else, his movements were uncanny.

No. The Maharaja indicated three something in that large room to Runa, Bellissima, and Winter Herald. JUSTICAR is hearing a conversation between two individuals in the large room to the south of that one.
[Secret to JUSTICAR: There is no one in the cabin or the head. Nothing adorns the walls and floor, there is a small duffel bag in one corner of the room, and tatami mats on the floor in lieu of furniture. Other than a few scraps of paper with non-sensical kanji on them, nothing in the room reveals any secrets.]
[Secret to Senor Garcia:It appears there is no heat differential between the submarine and the surrounding water, and the pervasive glow of the interior suggests there's no heat sources inside. There is, of course, a fair amount of wiring with currents running through them but all are of small value indicating the submarine is probably shut down.]

She frowned as she looked down the corridor, it was going to be hard to sneak down the corridor without being detected.  There were four of them, including Winter Herald as she waved at the robot, to get its attention.  She got Runa's attention as well.

She reached out and touched the wall of the corridor and sent her awareness outward to see if she could connect to any technology within 5 feet of her.

She nodded at Maharaja and signed him to lead the way as she made sure that Runa was ready to move down the hallway as well.

Winter Herald considered his options, and decided a risk was in order when the flashbang was fired. He suspected most of the team was here right now, although if they were adhering to his plan, that meant he was the only wild card. Whether information had been fed to Vitaly and the Refusniks or not, he was the only variable.

With three people behind him and none of them possessing his speed, this meant someone was going to be covering the airlock and the two rooms behind them.

But if someone came out of this room to fight Justicar, or there was sound in this room, he would know of it.

The worst that would happen is he would mess up, eyes would go south, and away from the rest of the team coming from the north. Likely part of Justicar's plan in any event.

Senor Garcia takes out one of his knifes and attempt to stab through the lining of the shroud covering the upper hull of the submarine. If successful, he will begin to saw downward with the serrated edge of the knife in order to make on opening big enough for him to squeeze through.

The Maharaja decides if he can knock out the Russian speaking person they may be able to avoid fighting another mentalist, which could be bad as their own mentalist seemed very tired. Rushing to the Provider, he throws a quick hook to knock out the villain.

[Secret to Senor Garcia: Señor Garcia successfully cuts through the shroud and is tossed onto the deck of the submarine by the inrush of water. The deluge lasts mere seconds, and when he looks back at the opening he should have made, Señor Garcia sees the shroud pulling itself together and healing his cuts. As he watches, the water that rushed in sluices off the sides of the submarine and is absorbed by the shroud from where it puddles. ]JUSTICAR fires a set of grenades into the south room, and as the grenades reach the floor the floor opens in several places. The Maharaja instinctively runs up the western wall, touching one foot on the ceiling before landing where he started and thereby avoids the shockwave.[Secret to JUSTICAR: Through Karl, Hikari sees what's occurring outside as drone delta begins its attack run. As soon as the flames strike the island-vessel a woman with a form composed of utter darkness speckled with pinpricks of light zooms up from the island and screams, "THAT'S MINE" and spews a bolt of nothing, black as deepest space, from her hand into the drone. Bellissima as quietly as possible quick walks up to the corner and looks into the room, seeing Vitaly and a woman facing off against Maharaja, another person to the left by a door and possibly someone far down in another room to the south.  She only has the strength to go offensive or defensive, not both.  Taking into account her experience with the T-Rex, take things out hard and fast and that ends fights and reduces chances for people to get hurt.

She reached out with her TK, grabbing at Provider as she felt blood dripping out of her nose as she was pushing herself to nearly her limit as she slammed Provider up into the ceiling and then down at Maharaja's feet on the ground. "Surrender, this is the Sentinels of Center City Police!" She called out, trying to give them time to surrender, even if she doubted that they were going to listen.  As a police force, they were required to give people a chance to surrender.  Of course she was displaying force to maybe help them decide to surrender, like police kicking the door in and pointing a gun at a criminals face while demanding they surrender.

Cause my question was to make sure nothing in the hallways would catch fire... floor and ceiling included.  Your answer led me to beleive the ceiling and floor were composed of the same ceramic solid material.  What your describing NOW seems to suggest the floor is fleshy and malleable which would likely Burn?

Just asking for clarification cause it would not have changed how Justicar fired his grenades.  There is NO way he would have guessed the floor or ceiling even if fleshy could react to AND identify an object like a grenade to be a threat. Which to this structure should not be; neither of the grenades should be able to harm this structure.  Also Justicar has NO intention of firing explosive ordinance with his teammates so near the danger space!

3. Are you indicating that Drone-Delta did not get to ignite the island surface with its flamethrowers?  Cause you don't get to forestall an action done before you get to act when Its NOT your initiative TO act.  You do not have a listed initiative for Lady Armageddon.  I have no issue with her reacting to the Drones attack but Even if Lady Armageddon was watching and waiting its STILL an initiative issue.  Justicar cannot act out of turn  to forestall actions unless he has the higher initiative and an Action left to use.

   I read the paired weapons to indicate both were fired at the same time (first action) and I had the knockout gas grenade swallowed by the biological portion of the ship because I wanted the ship to respond and show that it wasn't a passive feature.

   The ceiling, walls, and floor are like an enamel that is biological in origin. Yes, the giant amoeba that is this ship can modify its shape in numerous ways. Both JUSTICAR and Señor Garcia have discovered this is going to affect the situation.

Runa was impressed with Bellissima's determination. For the mind mage to use her power despite the obvious toll it was taking on her body, showed an iron resolve to do what needed to be done in the defense of others. Part of her wanted to rush to her side and heal her. That was Lilibeth's influence. The other part of her, that wanted to wade into the battle and smite their foes. That side won, with thinking much like Bellissima, though Runa had no way of knowing.

Despite hearing the sounds of combat occurring, Señor Garcia heads for the submarine's aft escape trunk, and sees if he can get inside. The team would need a method of escape and going onto the surface of the island/ship may not be the best course of action.

Justicar spreads his mechanical wings TAKES FLIGHT on his fan-thrusters following Dr. Phage since he has waaay more then enough movement to follow and keeps him in sight to shoot him with the Stun Gun {Blaster} he can STILL aim at and shoot Trishula who is still reeling in the room.  Justicar is making sure to not touch ANY surface of the Bio-ship!  The darkness field spell is ignored as he shuts off his exterior visual displays relying on the Virtual map his systems made of the room and his Radar, Audio Tracking and Proximity Sensors that do not rely on sight.  He WILL NOT let Dr. Phage get out of sight!!!

Winter Herald had determined Holly Cook to be in one of two locations - forecastle or aft. Aft was the traditional location of a captain's cabin, so if she was receiving luxury treatment, she would be in the "back." That meant south.

He assumed the Cloud of Smoke was Justicar's, and the sound of Justicar's movements audible if imprecise in the conflicting noises, with Justicar currently being outnumbered two to one. Calculations stated if Justicar didn't find those odds acceptable, they would not have engaged, or they would use more force and fall back. No threat there, and if Holly is there, Justicar will find her. If she is not, then she is north, where the rest of the current team is.

The time for subtlety was over. He decided to question someone. He activated his mini-radar, moved south and decided to sweep the legs out from under Trishula.

Runa had hoped that with their combined attack, the Whisperer would have been overwhelmed. Such was not to be. She was not discouraged though and continued to attack the enemy. This time she threw her right fist, hoping to connect with the Whisperer's gut.

The Whisperer deflects The Maharaja's attempt at knocking her down, notes that she's surrounded, and begins to appear blurry though not actually moving.

Bellissima frowned as she realized that one of their opponents was missing from sight.  They could have gone into the room to the east or invisible.  The news that the ship itself could attack them and the floors couldn't be trusted prompted Bellissima to keep on the move as she crossed the room to the east to the corner where she could look into the room on the east as she was tossing Vitaly around like a rag doll as another blood vessel burst and blood leaked out of her other nostril as she used more of her energy to see anything invisible.  [Private to group LESPradio2: "We got an opponent missing!"]

While she was moving, she looked to see if there was anything in the room that looked like it weighed close to 300 lbs.

As Bellissima slams The Provider into the ceiling, he again uses his arms and legs to cushion the blow. Afterwards, he shouts at Bellissima, "how can surrender when you bounce me all over place? What you do next? Kneel on my neck?"
JUSTICAR passes through a sort of Common Room with tables grown up from the floor and similar chairs. Dr. Phage is just inside the galley rubbing his eyes and trying to see his phone. He responds to JUSTICAR, "that crazy thing? We tossed it overboard after it changed that woman Provider wanted. That weak little fool cried over her. What was he going to offer her, anyway. Domestic life aboard a giant unicellular automata?"
Trishula is on the floor, within a cloud of smoke he created himself. "I've really not got time for this," he says before mumbling something odd and vanishing.
Runa's fist does pass right through The Whisperer.
Bellissima's sixth sense alerts her to an attacker behind her, and The Moppet reappears. This time, the villain is just over two feet tall with the wings of a beetle as she throws a roundhouse kick at Bellissima. Bellissima's self-defense training kicks in and she parrys the small foot, which feels unnaturally light to her.

OOC: The Provider rolled with the impact, even so he's down a fair amount of SDC.
The Moppet's strike roll was a 23, Bellissima's automatic parry roll was 29.

Runa felt as if she was fighting a spirit though she doubted that was what this woman actually was. She again tried to punch her, this time using her divine essence to empower the blow.

CMZ's 3rd attack is a punch that gets a Natural 20 to strike Whisperer for 26 damage.

Bellissima took Vitaly/Provider's point about being able to surrender if she was tossing him around.  She reached out and telekinetically connected with his body, but not doing anything yet. "Get on your knees, forehead to the floor with your hands interlaced on the back of your head Vitaly." She was ready to toss him against the ceiling again if she saw him try to touch or make eye contact with any of her team, or if she noticed one of her teammates behaving abnormally for the situation.

She called out to the others in the room, "Surrender and you will not be harmed."

Bellissima is giving The Provider a chance to surrender. Dr Phage struggles and  groans in distress. [Secret to JUSTICAR: Karl is probably reminding Hikari that the DOJ has been against the police use of the hogtie since before Hikari was born, and that leaving a hogtied individual on their stomach is now considered deadly force in some jurisdictions.] The Provider makes no physical move and says, "to surrend while you restrain me would be to relax and allow your restraint to harm me. I am surrendering, and I myself am opening to read your feelings, just tell me, are you officially here or are you enemy to destroy me?"
Before Bellissima can answer, The Provider's eyes widen and he says, "that is not my doing."
Runa throws another blow that passes through the vibrating Whisperer. Moppet says something akin to "screw this" and shrinks to a tiny dot while going someplace. Chimp Man Z finds Whisperer is still as insubstantial as the previous blow indicated. Chiroptera zips through Winter Herald and The Maharaja before she turns back and says, astonished, "you're a machine!"
As she speaks, The Maharaja gasps and shakes his head, appearing somewhat stunned.
Trishula looks at Dr. Phage in JUSTICAR's arms and says, "technology my ass" before mumbling some gibberish that appears to vibrate in the air[Secret to JUSTICAR:  before everything goes dark].[Secret to JUSTICAR: The movements of JUSTICAR's armor that depend on electricity cease. Hikari is trapped inside the unmoving weight of the JUSTICAR armor. Karl will not experience the next fifteen minutes, and can't speak to Hikari. Dr. Phage will quietly suffocate, carried by JUSTICAR, inside a cloud of smoke that makes it hard to see, and a little difficult to breathe.][Secret to Winter Herald: Your advanced optics can make out Trishula putting his staff back into his coat pocket and standing up. He bows to JUSTICAR.]

Justicar falls to the ground his mechanical wing thruster-fans spin to a stop and his flight ends with him crumpling to the full weight of the 600lb+ suit slamming to the ceramic floor plates inert.  Hikari triggers the manual tongue trigger inside his helmet to unseal and spring-open his visor a curse on his breath...

"God Damn it WINTER...why can you not ACT like a Team member sometimes...? I KNEW SOMETHING like this would happen ~ dealing with magic!!!"

Fighting the weight of the suit Hikari still manages to move... {PS 19 can lift 760lbs} using his own physical strength... to manually spring one of his wrist blades to cut Dr. Phage's single zip-tie holding his hog-tie ...as his goal had been to lay him on his side on one of the beds in the cabins where he would be immobile but unharmed... but now his life was at risk...

Fortunately... his suit is the only technology that is part of Hikari that is suddenly inert...

Laboring with the weight of the inert Justicar suit Hikari will try to drag/crawl the suit from memory and personal physical muscle ALONE back the way he came to the edge of the cloud of smoke spell effect... his suit was targeted... but he still has one drone attached.

His voice is labored with the effort to crawl in the 680lb metal suit of deadweight armor, "Uhhh... 'Karl' launch Drone-Beta... {gasp}... help drag me out of this cloud!  {Gasp!} None of my controls... uhhh... for manual pilot are operable...!"

The spell targeted the robot, Hikari's nanites are unaffected. When the spell duration lapses, the JUSTICAR suit will resume the exact activities it was performing when it was hit. Technically, this means I was wrong to suggest Karl would be affected. I've modified the previous post to indicate this. Systems that don't require the movement of the robot would continue to function.]

"He's probably referring to me, Maharaja. And yes, I am mechanical." Winter Herald's ears twitched as Trishula made their intention to surrender clear through their actions. "Excuse me, one of your teammates wants to escalate."

He dashed back, drawing his blades as he did so, and launched a roundhouse kick at Trishula through the cloud of smoke, hopefully catching the mage unaware.

Although the sailor mage was clearly expecting some form of attack, he's still feeling the effects of JUSTICAR's stun gun and fails to parry or avoid the kick. Upon the blow landing, Trishula spins and falls back to the floor.

Bellissima moved away from Chiroptera, moving south and then west and just south and west of Z as she glanced down south to see just a cloud of gas obscuring what was happening with Justicar, glad when Winter Herald went to help.  She glanced into the west room to make sure there was nothing dangerous in there.

Keeping an eye on Provider she removed her TK connection from him, "Okay, you are unrestrained, now get on your knees, head to the ground with hands interlaced on the back of your head.  We are officially here to arrest you for kidnapping Holly Cook and robbing the Bank of State Facility. This is your only chance to surrender peacefully.  Whisperer, Are you going to surrender?" She looked at the intangible villain as she reached out and attempted to grab and restrain the woman with her TK.

If looked at closely, Bellissima was looked very drained with trails of blood leaking out of her nose. She knew she was giving up an advantage, which some on the team would disagree with, but she was a police officer and here to arrest people and save Holly.

Seeing that her efforts at fighting the Whisperer have been futile, and hearing Maharaja cry out his warning, she hastens towards him. Upon reaching him, she lays a hand on his shoulder and wills part of her divine energy in to him, replenishing whatever was stolen from him.

Runa rushes over and heals The Maharaja of the more physical damage from Chiroptera's power.
The Moppet returns to full size behind Runa and slams the edge of her flattened hand into the war god's avatar, in retrospect this was probably a bad idea.

After entering the submarine through the aft escape trunk, Señor Garcia heads aft to the engine room, clearing each compartment as he goes.

He found it odd, but glad he encountered no crewmen for if they resisted, he would have had to shoot them. Getting to the engine room, he found the reactor was powered down, and included a lot of non-standard Soviet era equipment and controls.

As he delivered a status updated over the radio, Señor Garcia moved forward. He had to verify that the sub didn't have any biological or any nuclear tipped torpedoes onboard.

Justicar noting his systems still in operation and only his actuators for movement being offline focuses his determination... he closed his visor and sealed his suit grateful the environmental systems, targeting computers and Sensor suite were still operational he got to work.

First incapacitate Trishula... routing power from the actuators he sets his limbs to manual movement... by his own muscles.  The suit is heavy... but its arms are not the weight of the full suit.

Aiming one of the Netgun launchers, he'd mounted four of them, thinking he'd have need to hinder underwater threats it can still be useful now...

He targeted through the smoke easily, smiling, as Trishula was still close enough to hit with the attached electric charge 12'ft lead-line, again something prepared for a water-based foe, he fired the Netgun Launcher with his steel mesh cable load at Trishula still on the floor and fired an electric pulse.... stun setting, of course, from his electric dischargers through the net.

Winter Herald simply observed for now, slowly lining his senses and his actions up. So inefficient - my hardware and software are out of sync right now. In the moment, he had no expectation that Trishula would actually surrender in the face of discomfort.

So, he remained quiet, and let Justicar draw the fire for the moment. They were well-equipped to handle it, and it was a surprise that they could move at all after what was intended to be an immobilizing hit.

Justicar calls up in his H.U.D. and views the inset miniscreen to get karl's visuals fron the submerged Drone Lambda's periscope...

Noting that Chimp Man Z now faces two of the villains, one of which has very unusual abilities, The Maharaja crosses the room to join him and swishes a kick towards The Whisperer that serves only to crack the wall. "The one in the wall will make you pause, and the one we now have trapped will use that pause to great effect. I am helping, plus it was a good kick, you may learn if you'll only watch my form."

The Maharaja damages the bio-mechanical walls of the vessel. The Moppet whizzes through a gap and tries a karate chop at Bellissima. Bellissima manages to parry the attack, barely. Chimp Man Z swishes another ineffectual blow towards The Whisperer. His efforts do keep her wary.

CMZ stands in his usual crouched, "deep knee bends", swaying way.  Then, he suddenly becomes more aggressive, though not in an angry, berserk manner.  It is more of a calculated aggressiveness.
He continues his attacks on The Whisperer, planning to continue to keep the villain on the defensive and unable to fight, and hoping to a blow that might actually hurt.

He has +1 Initiative, for a total of 10.  Using Stone Monkey Kata, which provides +1 Attack, + 4 Strike, +2 Damage, but he can not Parry or Dodge.

Trishula had not declared a surrender, nor were they incapacitated. They were also about to learn that one-third of a top speed of Mach One was still impressive, and one-third of his careful speed comparable to a civilian car was still as fast as an Olympic class track athlete.

The use of one of the blades felt inappropriate. Those were defensive primarily, at the moment, and they might damage the net. So, he opted for a simple tactic.

Bellissima twisted out of the way as Moppet tried to hit her again as she sighed in frustration, she just wanted to go and lay down for a bit and recover from this massive headache she was developing.  Vitaly was behaving, he was on his knees, face down and hands interlaced on the back of his head.  She had reached out with her telekinesis and had been unable to affect the insubstantial woman as she moved away from Moppet.  She reached out with her TK and grabbed at Moppet, slamming her to the ground. "Surrender!" she ordered the small heroine after slamming her to the ground. She glanced over at The Whisperer, "Put your hands on your head and get on your knees and you will not be hurt!" She called out to Moppet and The Whisperer.

She had lost track of where Chiroptera had gotten to as she kept her head on a swivel, making sure Vitaly was behaving as well.

Realizing that the villains scattering changed the dynamics of the fight, The Maharaja abandoned his focus on The Whisperer and instead turned to The Provider. Stepping to the wall of flame, he interlaced his fingers together nodded once over his clasped hands, and boldly stepped through the fire to The Provider.

OOC: using the Positive Energy technique cuts actions in half but gives various bonuses including 1/2 damage from energy attacks (like flames).

JUSTICAR zaps Trishula, the mage screams in pain and shouts "HE'S TRYING TO KILL ME" as he jerks spasmodically.
Bellissima attempts to grab The Moppet, but the odd little thing becomes extremely small and avoids being grabbed.
The Whisperer takes advantage of the timing to bolt, at extreme speed, from between The Maharaja and Chimp Man Z. Straight across the room she dashes aiming to slam into Runa, who sees The Whisperer coming and decides she can take it.
The Provider's eyes narrow at Trishula's shout, and he says "tso, Russian police". Dashing to the north corridor, he grimaces and a wall of intense flame rises up at the entrance to the corridor.
Chiroptera comes out of the wall aiming at Chimp Man Z, attempting to pass through and remove some of the simian superheroes energy.
Runa reaches up from the floor and slams the eighth-inch tall Moppet back from her fist. The whole experience was, to Runa, much like punching a mosquito.
The Maharaja uses a mystic martial art technique to pass through the intense wall of flame to face The Provider.
Winter Herald successfully kicks Trishula in the ribs, the snapping of which echoes almost as loud as the crackle of The Provider's flames. Trishula, unable to move outside of the net, moans and begins to leak blood from the corner of his mouth.
Dr. Phage also begins gasping as he stares at the flames beginning to lick at the walls of his vessel. "No, no, no. Where is my phone?!" he moans through his gag.

The Moppet has an automatic dodge which I assumed to be shrinking. It will require special Runa takes nineteen points of damage plus one action must be used to rise from the floor.

He began searching for a fire extinguisher. Surely on a submarine a fire was a serious threat. If he found an extinguisher, he was going to use it to put the fire out. He needed time, and likely fires were starting in other areas of the ship.

Justicar dragged himself over to Trishula {thankfully not far}... and grabbed him. Then proceeded to zip-tie his wrists behind his back through the net...intentionally entangling his fingers in the net and once again duct-taping his mouth shut and wrapping said duct tape around the back of his head AND covering his eyes so he cannot even target team members with spells to make sure it was secure Over the net entanglement and his 'spellcasting' neutralized ~ though mindful not to block his nasal airway!

He takes stark rebuke at Vitaly, "Shut Up ~ Vitaly!! We are duly deputized agents of law enforcement, Nothing like Russian Police!! I demanded Trishula STOP casting spells after he disabled my movement warning him of the dire consequences if he did not comply and Yet...he cast a spell Again at Winter and just Now he cast that wall of fire ~ he is getting EXACTLY What he deserves for non-compliance!!! We offered him Every opportunity to surrender! Now we will MAKE him surrender!!!"

Turning his attention to Winter, "Taking prisoners outside is currently highly inadvisable, Holly Cook 'empowered' is flying around outside blasting the island surface with unknown black energy trying, seemingly, to put out the naplam fires I set to the island surface with flamethrowers. Yes, the island surface is on fire...for now but the MAC teams have not arrived... likely they can see the threat and are keeping their distance."

"Thanks Karl!", and Hikari takes a moment to do a suit systems check... making sure what systems are still online and that all drive, thrusters, wing fan movement systems are Depowered so when the spell effect ends sudden re-engagement of power does not send him tumbling.

CMZ is in his Stone Monkey kata for the round and cannot parry or dodge.  Plus, he has been focussed on the Whisperer, so he does not know what's coming.

Then he was kicked by another assailant, and reacted with an attack to the new assailant. Then he was netted without reacting. Then he was electrocuted without reacting. JUSTICAR sensors identify Trishula's injury as a punctured lung, the marine mage is non-responsive. Winter Herald doesn't see anything like a fire extinquisher on the vessel.

OOC: To Be Clear he has repeatedly been casting spells when EXPRESSLY Told to STOP! He cast a spell at Justicar which resulted in forcing the Netting and Stun shocking.  He Then cast a spell at Winter and that got Electro-Shocked And kicked for doing so, and then again he JUST cast a wall of fire^*...even after all that!

You NEVER had him respond to our demands for him to surrender!  So he did not surrender or indicate he would surrender!

Runa didn't feel the impact of Moppet against her fist. One moment her opponent had been there, the next gone. She thought no more of it though as her attention shifted to a new immediate threat; the charging Whisperer. Lilibeth's initial thought is "dodge!" but Runa has a different idea. Counting on her the toughness of her divinely enhanced body, she doesn't attempt to dodge or even roll with the incoming body blow. Instead she simply takes the hit, falling to the deck. The body block had hurt but aside from minor bruising, she suffered no ill-effects. Nothing to prevent her from lashing out from her nearly prone position with a power enhanced kick, right at the legs of the Whisperer.

"I believe evacuation is required, wise or not." Winter Herald noted Trishula's status. "Unless you are trained or the fire spreads, don't move Trishula. I'll return."

His radar recorded a subject moving towards the submarine at running speeds, and Winter Herald dashed past Runa and Whisperer about to cross-counter each other. He had time to acknowledge the fire, no time to do anything about it except jump through it, and proceeded to interact with Provider, moving ahead of him on an interception route. "I am here for Holly Cook, not you. Help me help her. I am not asking."

He was ignoring the possibility that he was on fire and holding weapons, probably looking rather terrifying.

Bellissima hung her head as Justicar and Winter Herald's death threats convinced Vitaly that it wasn't safe to surrender to the Sentinels.  This was something that was going to have to be talked about later in private and not in the middle of a fight.  Of course because of all the death threats being thrown around, it has made their job harder.  "Justicar!  Winter!  Bring Trishula to Runa," she called out urgently!

She was surprised when the wall of fire popped up and blocked off the north side of the ship as Vitaly went running through the flames with Maharaja hot on the criminals heels.  Of course once the two got on the other side of the wall of flame, they disappeared from sight.  Moppet disappeared again.

Suddenly Whisperer was charging across the room at Runa, Bellissima reached out with her Telekinesis to try to grab Whisperer before she could attack Runa and throw her across the room to hit the wall next to Z.

Bellissima attempts to corral and toss The Whisperer, but her target jinks back and forth too fast for Bellissima to grab her. The Whisperer then runs into the edge of Trishula's smoke.
The Provider just shakes his head and says, "this is nowhere I should be."
Chiroptera tells Chimp Man Z, "I'll be back," before sprinting across the room and through the wall. She has either a vaguely European accent, or a terrible ability at imitating Arnold Schwarzenegger.

He looks up for a moment, and with a wave of his hand puts out the fire eating the walls, ceiling and floor around his wall of flame The wall of flame, itself, shrinks to nothing in an instant. The Winter Herald and The Maharaja have flames on various portions of their clothing, these go out as well.

Winter Herald was appreciative of not having more of his synthskin burn off. Indeed, it seemed to have been extinguished before it could start doing real damage to him. He nodded to Maharaja before speaking to Provider.

"Admirable, and thank you for your restraint with your powers. I was feeling that. Please call off all members of your team so we can heal Trishula. Our medic is currently subject to hit and run, and that's making her job hard." Winter Herald attempted to take some of the edge and hostility off his tone. "I'm to understand she's doing something above right now, and I'm very curious what you did. Last I checked, Holly Cook was not a metahuman. What is she capable off, and do you know what she wants?"

Piloting the Drone-Beta to move the Justicar suit.. Hikari moves between Dr Phage and Trishula.

Then he will maneuver the drone to lower Justicar to a standing position and will take the weight of the suit flexing his knees as the drone continues to lower him and he reaches for the net entangling Trishula to grip it in his right gauntlet - then joint lock his gauntlet closed holding onto the net with Trishula. He will check Dr. Phage's bonds to make sure he is still bound securely!  If he has weakened his bonds... Hikari will zip-tie him again with two MORE zip-ties!

With his left gauntlet he will hook his arm through the loop of Dr. Phage's arms to lift his weight with the crook of his elbow and arm...

"Forgive me this will be a little undignified and uncomfortable for a few moments... but I'm going to get you out of this fog where everyone can keep an eye on you Dr. Phage And see to the medical treatment of you unconscious teammate Trishula."

Then the drone lift raising Justicar to a standing position and Hikari locks its leg joints into a standing position like some large toy action figure... but will allow the drone to settle the suit to an upright position without lifting it constantly.  This will gently lift/drag both captives with Justicar.

Piloting the drone, Hikari will lift Justicar into flight again bearing the weight of his two captive no higher then a foot of altitude and will drag the net entangled Trishula and Dr. Phage by his arms toward the edge of the Fog.

Internally, 'Karl.. scan the face of that young woman in my HUD who just entered the fog {Whisperer}.. ID her find out her name and if she has any criminal record...'

"Young Woman, I have noted that you have Not attacked any of my team, and you exclaimed that the fighting should stop at the beginning of this conflict.  I am trying to get your teammate Trishula to medical attention as he is seriously injured do not hinder my progress.  I can detect that you are vibrating at a high frequency to make your physical body able to pass through matter. You MAY think this will make you untouchable... but this weapon is a particle beam cannon.  It fires highly charged protons in a coherant focused beam, you are Still made of matter and this will shred your molecular structure regardless of how malleable you may physically be... do not make me hurt you. Stand aside ~ you have been warned."

None but Hikari or those very familiar with his suit would realize this is a bluff... the Justicar blaster weapons that fire particle beams are all mounted in his wrists and the fingers of his right hand... the shoulder mounted beam weapon is his high yield tunable laser array... but Whisperer does not know that...

Then Hikari will pilot the Justicar suit past Whisperer to Runa's side dragging Trishula in the net and Dr. Phage in the crook of his arm, once there he will settle back to the standing position and try to gently settle them both to the ground at Runa's feet.

Justicer 'flew'? into the room... being carried by one of his drones the arms of his suit not really animated his left hand locked gripping and dragging the net entangled Trishula, his right arm ridgely hooked with Dr. Phage arm looped in elbow joint. Justicar's legs were stiff in fact the whole appearance was doll-like in its lack of motion even the mechanical wings at its back and None of its movement systems were active... to those familiar with Justicar...something was clearly wrong with his suit operation.

Though his shoulder mounted weapons 'arms' were fully in motion... and all the while his left beam weapon arm remained targeting and pointed at Whisperer.

"Runa! Trishula needs immediate healing.. he has a punctured lung and it may be filling with fluid or blood... I believe he may also be slipping into shock!"

But what he is really looking for is Chiroptera and he is holding an action the moment she reappears from a wall to simultaneously attack her with his 'Helm' Eye Light Beam upon her at the highest lumins in the UV frequency he can produce ~ she seems a creature of darkness perhaps light will be an effective weapon to turn against her?  Hikari turns on his external 360^degree global camera array to look in all directions at once for Chiroptera to appear... but notes Provider along with the wall of fire has vanished...except his motion detectors and radar show 'something' still standing where he was.

Bellissima hissed as she landed smoothly after backflipping over Moppet's Leg Sweep, "Lady! This is getting really annoying!  Surrender and you will not be harmed!" She focused her will and sent a burst of telekinetic energy at Moppet, trying to send her flying across the room to slam against a far wall. Although she fully expected Moppet to shrink away from the strike again.

As the wall of fire dropped, she saw that Vitaly was talking with Winter and Maharaja and they seemed to be fine.  Justicar was dragging the injured man to Runa while carrying a tied up man was well.  Although something seemed wrong with his suit as he had a drone helping the suit move across the room.

She had a splitting headache, blood was leaking from her nose and inner eyes and ears, although that was mostly covered up by her glasses and mask, but she could feel the flow of blood down her face and soaking her mask.

Lilibeth could feel that Runa was disappointed with her performance against the enemies on this living ship. The warrior-priestess had nothing to be ashamed about of course, she had managed to actually land a punch on Moppet even while she was tiny. She knew if she tried cheering her up directly, it would backfire so instead she went with a slightly more subtle approach. "That was great, hitting Moppet like that but right now the team needs your healing powers!"

Runa turned her head to where Justicar had deposited Trishula and she nodded her head, a look of determination on her face. Forgoing the time it would take to stand up, she simply rolled and laid her hands upon the gravely injured man. One on his head, the other his chest. Immediately her hands began to glow, at first a verdant green but then as the aura around her hands increased, a brilliant white core formed, obscuring her hands entirely.

JUSTICAR comes into view, Trishula hanging from one arm in a metal net dripping blood to the floor (where it is absorbed by the enamel) and Dr. Phage zip-tied and duck taped hanging from the other. As he calls for Runa to help Trishula, Bellissima tries to convince The Moppet to surrender while attempting another grab with her TK. The Moppet changes positions so fast it's doubtful anyone could have successfully struck her.
The Whisperer chuckles dryly, and says, "somebody should've warned[Secret to JUSTICAR: you." The last word of the phrase is more felt than heard as the woman directs it towards the fans now holding JUSTICAR aloft.][Secret to not JUSTICAR:." Some sort of pulse slams into the drone aiding JUSTICAR's movement.]
The Provider cocks his head sideways and looks at Winter Herald. "What happen to Holly? I know not."
"If that is still her, then she is filled with rage, and power."
"Not like you. You are, almost there, but not. I've seen nothing like it, shto?"
"But you have asked for my surrender, if you will protect me and take me to jail, I give it. I will know if you decide to attack, instead, and it will be an issue."
Runa rolls over and heals Trishula, who sighs and opens his eyes.
The Moppet suddenly shrinks to about half-size, screams something about 'putzing arsehole' and flies to The Provider and hits him.

Winter Herald moved his head to the side of Provider, and yelled at Whisperer. "Will you STOP THAT ALREADY?! He is trying to get your teammate to our medic."

"And you!" He was willing to parry on Provider's behalf, blade first, despite being slowed. "I am restraining myself. Stop inspiring me to do otherwise. This 'putz' is the only logical one right now. Do not attack again."

Never mind his parrying "restraint" was as a direct result of Trishula's actions. There was enough truth to what he was saying.

"I shall be blunt with you, Provider." He looked directly at him, unaware of a psychic somebody-else's-problem field. "I don't actually want you in a jail cell, but my hand is being forced on this subject. I was here for a welfare check on Holly Cook. She's alive, but follow-up is clearly needed. I was here to ask you if you know anything about the supercriminal Major FORCE. It is personal and professional to me. It can currently wait."

"I will try to get you to a safe jail, and I will do my best to see your people are treated humanely. First, we have to deal with Holly, and my perimeters require her alive. If you have anything that will help with that, now is the time. Mindset, powers, anything."

He was finding the response of 'fury' easy to tap into right now, as he believed the other members of Provider's team were not behaving rationally, at least in regards to dealing with him. He was close to taking their right to be irrational away from them, like he did with Trishula, whose rights were recently restored without real merit.

OOC: If the dialogue is too long, that's likely my third action right there... unless I am indeed back up to eight and have my full suite of combative prowess again, which would absolutely allow me to parry Moppet with a knife. I somehow doubt it, and will assume no correction on the topic to mean I'm still slow.

CMZ throws a punch at Chiroptera as they run off, but it seems clumsy because of the effect of the draining on him, despite its accuracy.  Meanwhile, his nine foot tail seems to reach out for Chiroptera's legs.

Hikari is enraged at the vibrating woman, a flash of anger at her persistent foolishness and affront to spite his mercy!

Following his mental command Drone-Beta... though the fan-thruster assembly was severely damaged it was not destroyed in fact the fan-thruster system was more robustly built than the drone's main body chassis due to the need for the thruster fans to be so load-bearing to lift the full capacity the drone design could.  Drone-Beta wobbled in the air from the severe damage to its fan assembly and likely its speed and lift capacity had been reduced but it was still operational as it released grip on Justicar, fold/retracted its mechanical arms and docked with the Justicar in its drone port... now protected by the Justicar armor from further attack.

Instead, Hikari called up a fire-solution from the Justicar battle computer linking the laser rangefinder for air-burst ordinance fire.

The shoulder mounted laser rifle still pointed at Whisperer... did not fire but the underbarrel grenade launcher cycled with a ominous, 'Chaak-CHAK' as it changed ordinance load.

Justicar did not turn or move and spoke his tone coldly soft, "Miss. STAND DOWN, or you WILL Regret it ~  No more warnings!  Be silent ~ the Adults are now talking."

 Then addressing Vitaly, "Provider, I questioned Dr. Phage and he believes either the Dimensional Transporter or Traverse through the Transport  Dimension is what 'changed' Holly ~ granting her powers and or driving her insane.  He told me he foolishly discarded the device.  If you could tell me where the device is.. I might be able to analyze it and find out what it did to Holly and maybe reverse it.  I was the one who figured out how to detect the quantum-entangled oscillations of the Dimensional thresholds to track you all here.  Let me help, You do still Love Miss Cook right?  We will of course have to subdue her in either case.  We are not here alone we have military assets in the area ready to spring or worse case sink this vessel or the escape sub which has been disabled; there is NO Escape.  Right now, you are only facing Unlawful Incarceration-Abduction, Public Endangerment with the use of untested tech resulting in property damage and Burglary charges for the State Vault, not robbery as no security guards were attacked or even threatened. The glowing aura about Runa's hand fades to nothing. The mortally wounded Trishula is fully healed and the warrior-priestess spends no more time on him. Instead she comes to her feet and moves to Bellissima. The blood streaming from her nose concerns her greatly. "Are you injured? Were you struck in the head?" she asks the other woman as she examines her with Lilibeth's knowledge of modern medicine.

Yes I know as a player Bellissima isn't really damaged but Runa doesn't know that. All she knows is that one of her comrades is bleeding.

Senor Garcia enters the main corroder from the submarine dock, still wearing his dreager and with his rifle pointed down the corridor.

Upon seeing Winter Herald and The Maharaja with a small person (Moppet) standing near them he lowers his gun, so at to not flag them.

As he approaches the three, and seeing no one is fighting, he assesses what is going on behind them to see if anyone needs assistance.

FAIL, I do not see Provider.

Winter Herald nods as Garcia passes, staying quiet in case he is somehow still undetected by the others in the next room. "The intention was a welfare check, and she is not mentally well, to hear you speak of it. We are likely to have to combine diplomacy with non-fatal assault to calm her down. That is an unfortunate turn of events."

He glanced behind Provider to the next room, processing all going on, although slowly, while still speaking. "I will take you to jail, but we need something from you before we abandon ship, and it will probably save your lives. Your digital informational archives, or as much of them as you can preserve. You have made some dangerous enemies, and giving that data to a city police department will likely save your lives."

OOC: Physical involvement in the fight will occur on the next "tick" of combat, if it is still ongoing.

Bellissima nodded as Moppet surrendered as well, they were now only 2 criminals still fighting, Chiroptera and Whisperer. And from what she was hearing, Holly was not acting normally. If what Justicar was relaying, then she might have been possessed by some entity while travelling through dimensions.

Keeping an eye out for Chiroptera and Whisperer, who was hiding in the smoke area, she called out, "It is possible that Holly was possessed by something while travelling through this alternate dimension. Something like what happened with Mr Mathews and Shadarkos.  If we can subdue Holly and I can recover some strength, I might be able to exorcise the presence from Holly's mind." She suggested as she kept her guard up.  "I could check Holly's mind before hand, but that would then require at least 2 hours of meditation before I could exorcise any presence from her mind."

She didn't have an hostile criminals in sight, so she held ready her TK incase an attack came against her.

Chimp Man Z discovers Chiroptera is insubstantial as his fist and tail go right through her. JUSTICAR retrieves his drone and attempts to cow the villains into submission.
The Whisperer runs off at extraordinary speed, headed topside through the hatch to the west. As noted previously, Whisperer runs at a speed comparable to what Winter Herald can achieve IN HIS CURRENT CONDITION. That is still faster than a Formula 1 race car.
The Provider watches The Whisperer run off, and says, "we are in for it, now. The girls were sticking together and I think she is to get Holly. Please forgive, I must make myself stronger to survive my girlfriend."
He begins to concentrate[Secret to Bellissima:, apparently using his psychic abilities to heal himself].[Secret to not Bellissima: Whatever affect he is attempting is unknown.]
Runa checks on Bellissima, if nothing else she gives the young woman emotional support.
The Moppet shrinks to such a small size even Winter Herald's radar can't find her. [Secret to Winter Herald:His sensors do pick her up, inside his left ear, when she says "I'll stay right here where I can't get hurt, ok?"]

The tear gas grenades hit the floor at CMZ's feet, as he is till trying to shake off the effects of whatever was done to him by Chiroptera.

With Chimp Man Z affected by something Señor Garcia runs over to his position to get the CS grenades.

After assuring herself that Bellissima was going to be fine, Runa turned to where Trishula, freshly brought back from near death, lay on the floor. He was still taking in the fact he wasn't dead when Runa walked over to him and assisted him to a standing position and then guided him to rhe room next to Bellissima, as Justicar had requested. She repeated the process for Dr. Phage looking him over for any obvious injuries.

1. The Whisperer goes no further than the exit hatch, but Lady Armageddon still seems to hear what The Whisperer says. After another single blast at a target only she sees near the hatch opposite The Whisperer Lady Armageddon begins to land.
2. Hikari can't get into the servers, there are no obvious controls. This could, of course, explain why Dr. Phage was so busy with his phone.
3. There are no obvious bridge controls although there are small raised platforms at areas that would traditionally be manned on a traditional bridge.
4. No, but it's in question whether Lady Armageddon put out the fires or some other more conventional method was employed by the vessel.

He will open a concealed compartment in the suit and hand Winter Herald a cell phone and detached power pack, "This is what Dr. Phage uses to control the Bio-ship and Sub.. both AI's..do not let him have this.. but keep it safe! I'm trusting you Winter... look after the Team and Yourself."

There are so many ways to ask 'do you understand me.' Winter Herald refocused on Provider, the person who had spoken to them could wait and didn't seem immediately hostile. He was used to having more "time" to process developing situations. "I'll have to ask if you are from east Russia later, Provider. Are you intent on leaving, or confronting Miss Cook? Because I'm gathering she's in a rather destructive state of mind regarding you, and you seem to be preparing for confrontation."

Holly Cook is the primary subject of this, but to Winter Herald, Provider is his key to the secondary objectives, and the direct subject of the tertiary. Winter Herald, Maharajah, Senor Garcia, Provider and provider's bodyguard were behind him.  Even though the Justicar has 360^degree external video coverage... in the crowded hallway the positioning he knew Senor Garcia was covering the prisoners with his firearms, as expected.  He heard Provider's explanation and the idea of "Real" Ninja clans.. had not really occurred to him.  He was a bit fascinated but leery of the idea ~ Ninja by legend were not likely to appreciate being 'outed'?  The angle was wrong to see Senor Garcia suddenly aim at the bodyguard ninja's head but the cranial spray upon the Justicar's back was punctuated by the clatter of the Ninja Kunai upon the floor and its corrosive effects are not missed!

Hikari gasps in momentary horrified shock of the violence of it all, almost missing Provider's half words of regret...

It takes a few seconds for him to recover... Hikari has only ever seen such sudden violence 'simulated' in movies perhaps... likely it is good he cannot get the full sensory experience inside his environmentally sealed armor.  But the sudden dissolving of the entire Ninja's body was mesmerizing in it the fact suddenly the Legend of Ninjas became a instant reality in their rumored mystical powers of murder and abilities to disappear.. to the young hero!

So when CMZ and Bellissima, both in front of Justicar's position in the doorway, spoke at once he was still processing distracted by what just happened..

Runa and Lilibeth were, again, confused. Names were being tossed out like the team was and should be intimately familiar with them but they had no clue who they were. Names like Lady Armageddon. That in particular was currently being by the soul bonded pair.

Ok that's got to be the costumed name of Holly, Lilibeth said. "No, Holly Cook is Holly Cook, Lady Armageddon is someone else," Runa responded.

In between dealing with active threats and healing those in need, the argument had more or less continued since coming on board the living ship.

Justicar's request to get the one called Trishula and Phage to the submarine had momentarily interrupted their argument but sadly, no sooner had she picked up Phage and was gesturing at Trishula then a fresh argument, this time between team mates, broke out. It was fast and neither heard all of it but the part they did catch was they were not taking the...prisoners? To the submarine anymore.

CMZ smiles, his sharp canines making what is normally a friendly grin look feral.  That is the intention, Dread Pirate Captain Justicar.

JUSTICAR begins to change plans, mentioning that he would have to unbind one of his prisoners if they were to avoid the gauntlet of angry women by using the submarine, and he was unwilling to do so.
The Provider answers Señor Garcia's query, telling him, "there was family business, in Japan, thay call me to find accountant stealing from them. I found three."
"I also find they are secret society, traditional ninja. They send Takagawa to keep me silent. Sometimes he guards me, sometimes he gives me message and I do work. Sometimes he goes places and makes mess that I must clean up."
The ninja's eyes narrow, and as The Provider turns to answer Winter Herald, Señor Garcia makes a judgement call and aims to shoot the ninja. Bellissima isn't fast enough to deflect the weapon, and the ninja does no more than give a small nod to Señor Garcia and point towards the older gentleman as the bull pup pops and the ninja falls. The dagger in the ninja's hand rings as it bounces on the deck. Some viscous liquid on the dagger's blade drips to the floor, eating into the substance of the ship.
The Provider stares at the ninja, "that is pity. He was useful scout. But it is good you shoot him. Save me trouble."
The ninja's body begins to bubble and dissolve, till there's nothing left but his clothes.
Runa begins to herd bad guys towards an exit.
Chiroptera pops up from the floor, going through Señor Garcia, and moves on into a wall. However, feeding from the senior citizen does stun him and slow him down^*.

^*Señor Garcia will feel momentarily weak, losing initiative, 1D6+1 S.D.C. (SSOGM rolled 5 using 1d6+1.  SDC lost by Señor Garcia actually), and two melee attacks (immediately stunning the victim who must pause from the action for the two melee actions/attacks he loses) before he can resume combat. The weakened state and penalties last for a period of 2 melee rounds (about 30 seconds), then the victim recovers completely without lasting ill effects.

After dropping the ninja and watching his body dissolve, Señor Garcia feels something move through him which causes him to collapse to the deck.

As Justicar mentioned that she was exhausted, she clarified, "I still got several minutes before I am done.  Lets make use of my abilities while I am still active."

Bellissima watched Garcia gun down the bodyguard and even though the man dropped a knife, that still didn't prove he was any threat to anyone here.  The bodyguard's body melting into nothing was highly unnerving and certainly spoke of him as being something other than normal and something she was going to have to learn about later.

This situation was going from bad to worse, a crazy Holly Cook with powers was on her way and Garcia was killing people who might have helped them.  Justicar and Z were playing at martyrs and then Chiroptera came through an dropped Garcia to the ground as she went through him.  She was tempted to leave the killer here, but that wasn't the right thing to do.

Bellissima moved forward so that she could look down the hallway to where the hatch A3 was, she lifted Garcia's body into the air and flew him over everyone's head down the hallway and placed him down in front of the hatchway as she turned toward Vitaly.

"Vitaly, where is the small, hermetically sealed case that you took from the bank vault?  There is something in it that will save the life of a child!" She called out to Vitaly as she got ready to go where he hopefully directs her too.

OOC: Action: Telekinesis Garcia's body down the hallway to Hatch A3 and place him down in front of it.
Move toward where Vitaly tells her the hermetically sealed case is, if he does tell her.

Winter Herald simply observed the situation develop, and drew a conclusion. "Holly is above, our ghost is in the wall there. The intent is to flush us out. Exit the vessel with caution, not haste. They'll be looking for prey."

Justicar was struggling stubbornly with their suit, insistent that their weapons would stop these beings that ignored the physical - which they might be able to do. Chimp Man Z and Maharaja were open, and the former was speaking of self-ignition, likely for some kind of tactical gain.

Runa was occupied with the prisoners. Bellissima was occupied with Garcia, and Garcia's objective at this point was unknown. He had shot the mysterious man for no known reason, collapsed afterwards, and consensus was wondering if the organic killbot should be repaired or not.

If his systems were making an error, he resolved to err on the side of "repair."

Winter Herald remained ready. "Provider, Runa is moving to an escape exit to where she believes it is safe. That is where you should go. We need to take a risk. Maharaja, acquire Garcia and follow me. Provider, follow me."

Winter Herald gestured to where Runa was with the intent of exiting with her, and moved the moment it was clear Provider understood the instructions and was going along. [Private to group LESPradio: ++"Runa, Maharaja and I are grouping with you, and Provider is with me. The mysterious third party is believed dead by Provider, although with no body my sensors picked up, I admit I am not as confident."++]

OOC: If Provider is not cooperative, Winter Herald is going to have to insist.

Justicar trembled slightly as he adjusted to the rapidly deteriorating situation... but it seemed as if the team was heeding his warnings about the incorporeal beings approaching and planning on attacking.

Sending commands to the submerged Drone-Zeta it lowered its periscope to move underwater at full speed to circle the isle to the north the raise to periscope depth again to look to see where Lady Armageddon/Holly Cook and Whisperer were.. turning its scope to view the Bio-ship isle surface near Hatch A3 to make sure it was clear of opponents... and scan the horizon for the approaching Shadowhawk.

Karl then directs Drone-Lambda also submerged to move from its location on the underside of the Bio-ship bearing the damaged but still functional Drone-Delta traveling to circle the Bioship at periscope depth looking to locate Lady Armageddon and Whisperer...

Karl is handed off control of both drones by Hikari ~ keeping them submerged and at a distance to observe the isle from all angles looking for the super villain woman...

Hikari quietly consults with Karl, "..Karl is there any way with our skills and your knowledge of biology we can interface directly with the Bio-ships AI?  making some make-shift interface?  If its an AI.. it will fight such an unauthorized interface correct? I'm thinking we just don't have enough time with this unknown tech to accomplish much without real analysis.. unless you know a way?"

Also Hikari will contact the Shadowhawk to stop its approach until he knows the villianess location and activities... before its approach.

Questions:
1. Where is Lady Armageddon compaired to the hatches to the surface?
2. Where is Whisperer in relation to the hatches?
3. Where is the Shadowhawk and it's approach vector?

While being floated down the hallway, Señor Garcia wondered why they were going to go outside to expose themselves to whatever Holly Cook had become flying around the island. She could very easily damage the Shadowhawk before they even get onboard, maybe even sinking it.

Runa couldn't imagine questioning The Goddess but Lilibeth had no such psychological limitations. She found herself wondering about everything that had lead up to her being here, in this place, with these people. Not how, she knew how but whether or not this was where she should be.

Runa though, with her clarity of thought and surety of purpose, paid her soul bonded's worries no attention. Instead she set down Phage yet again and moved to where Garcia was now floating in the air. She laid her now free hand on him and the now familiar to her teammates, aura surrounded it.

She is healing Garcia, hopefully it will bring him back to full.

[Secret to JUSTICAR:JUSTICAR's drone shows Holly Cook flying over the southern end of the island, she is roughly in the center of a triangle formed with vertices at the two hatches and the southernmost point of the island. The Whisperer runs across the island (at over two hundred mph) and dives into the water near the submarine dock.
The Shadowhawk is barely over the horizon as the entire fight lasted less than a minute.
Karl believes that bio-ship's AI and that of the submarine will likely have no accessible interface. It's probably that Dr. Phage controls that accessibility with the phone that was taken from him.]
Runa finds that Señor Garcia has almost no physical damage that she can heal (he's lost five points of SDC).

With that drone-beta detaches again and takes hold of Justicar and lifts his 6 inches above the floor... as he makes his way back to the submarine hatch and enters as he never closed it.

Briefly, he pasues to collect 'Takagawa's' clothing, any dropped gear and collects the poisoned ninja kunai throwing knife...

Justicar folds his mechanical wings to cover the carrying drone to make it very hard to target folding his now mostly useless shoulder mounted weapon arms down as their heavy ordinance is a extreme hazard in a sealed submarine vehicle. He keeps moving heading for the submarine bridge.

"Karl can you identify this model of Russian submarine? Give me a map to the bridge please."

'Working...'

Justicar is holding an action, scanning his 360^degree vision, to blast either Whisperer or Chiroptera with his armed blaster-hand should they appear... he has ran out of mercy...

If so, he wouldn't like the moment of vulnerability regarding the phone, but she would get the phone from him.

"Change of plans. To the submarine. We expect a decoy will occupy them." Winter Herald was being quite direct in his movements - to the submarine, insuring he was not leaving his charge behind.
