Chimp Man Z comes out of the hatch, face to face with Chiroptera. Oddly, she grins at him and says, "wow, Chimp Man Z! Twice in one day. This is a real treat." Then she charges through him, again.
As Chimp Man Z attempts to recover himself, hidden speakers on the island and in the submarine begin to blare "BETRAYAL PROTOCOL, INITIATE DEEP DIVE"
Lady Armageddon looks at Winter Herald and says, "shoot. You want to talk we'll do it inside, I'm not losin' my island!"
Then she spins open the hatch and climbs into the island.

He stalled only for a moment before going under, balking at pulling the hatch shut until he saw the water rushing at him. His voice betrayed genuine fear for another as he understood it, because he did not know where Moppet was. "Ear hider! I hope you are not out here! Please get to a hatch if you are! I do not want to leave you out here!"

He hoped his human reflexes were not going to make this window too tight if they were out here. He had wanted the bio-ship to go under, just not yet, and not as deep as it sounded.

Justicar looked over at Bellissima on the 'not-bridge' and commented, "I am Highly opposed to restoring control of the bio-ship to turn over to a potentially-deranged Holly Cook who calls herself 'Lady Armageddon'!  If she wishes to leave the isle and not return to her life as a model... that is fine.  But the Bio-ship is at the very least evidence in a criminal heist. I disabled ANYONE'S ability to control these AI's Specifically to keep the option of fleeing with/in them to do who knows what ~ Off the Table!"

CMZ staggers down the ladder and slumps against the wall.  Damn butch, he slurs a bit.

The island submerges. On the way down, it releases the submarine. The walls of the submarine and the corridors inside the island grow speakers. A female voice, obviously computer generated, says "operation saucer separation successful". Dr. Phage shakes and makes noises behind his gag[Secret to JUSTICAR:, it appears he's chuckling at his own joke].
[Secret to Bellissima:Further exploring the AI's memory, Bellissima discovers that the 'betrayal protocol' calls for the two vessels to separate and submerge. Once the depth is considered sufficient to prevent anyone escaping, the vessel without 'father' aboard is opened to the water.]

As a single wave came through, splashing him with waver, Ned slammed the hatch shut and turned it closed. "I hope you made it." A bit shaken at what he might have done to preserve the ship, he moved down, and heard vague sounds of combat.

Figuring one of the others might be aboard, he decided to make his way to the sounds. It was possible not everyone got the memo combat should be over for now, on account of the island deciding they all needed to be at the bottom of this part of the ocean, and there being bigger problems than each other. Whoever it was on the ship was literally on the same boat, at least.

Justicar releases a sigh of some relief... at last something might be going in their favor for once.

bellissima comes out of her searching of the AI subs memories too late to provide warning about the Island and Sub diving, she broadcast over the LESP radio, [Private to group LESPradio2: The Island and Sub are diving to depth and the Island will open all hatches and flood its internals.  Since Dr Phage is in the sub, the Sub will stay sealed.  The Island and Sub will take different paths to the Caves of Wonder at 27.132481 North longitude and 73.086548 West latitude.]

She walked over to Dr Phage and searched around his neck, pulling free the necklace holding the hermetically sealed microchip. "Thank you Dr Phage." She turned toward Justicar, "Can you store this someplace safe?" She held up the sealed Microchip hoping that Justicar had a sealed chamber to store the Microchip.

CMZ is hit by a deluge of water.  He struggles to his feet, still reeling from Chirotera's sudden appearance.  He pulls himself up the ladder, trying to reach the hatch to clise and lock it down....

Hearing the water and CMZ's struggles, Runa rushes over to help him. She knows she isn't near as strong as him but in her mind, every little bit helps.

Let’s not forget that as players all we see is the tip of the iceberg, and it’s easy to miss things.

Really hoping she isn't on board. Really, really hoping CMZ isn't stuck outside!

I'm trying to figure out how to handle Chirpotera. Runa can't touch her. She also can't really help with the effects of her touch. She can heal the tiny amount of SDC damage but not the other effects.

Anyone got any ideas?

Again ~ Runa has NEVER TRIED to hit Chiroptera with her magic touch ... she has ONLY fought Whisperer and Moppet!

Again...too damn many phasing enemies to keep track of! And why should her attacks work against any intangible opponent when it hasn't worked against another character that is also intangible?

But sure, assuming Runa has the chance, she will try her luck against this one.

Not all intangible powers are the same. Whisperer vibrates her particles appart... but Chiroptera seems to be made of darkness and drian targets like a vampire.. she may be supernatural in her intangibiliy... but its supernatural in its source like a vampire turning into mist.  Magic may be VERY Effective against her!!!

The special effect of powers matters so does the source of a power.

Its highly likely that most of Justicar's weapons would not affect a undead incorporeal ghost... though in 'Beyond the Supernatural' the weapon of GHOSTBUSTERS choice is the particle beam blaster... blasters Justicar has.

Speical effect matters.

Senor Garcia returns to the submarine's CIC/bridge and responds to what he heard over the radio. First, he addresses JUSTICAR's escape plan, outlining why they didn't have the capability to do so. "Submarines don't have airlocks kid, they have escape trunks."

"Our dreager's are useless below one hundred feet, even that is pushing it, so we'd kill ourselves using them."

"Even if we were at less the one hundred feet, I didn't see any submarine escape and immersion equipment in the aft escape trunk, so we don't even have a way to get our two prisoners off safely."

Looking at Dr. Phage he offered an idea that JUSTICAR probably wouldn't like, but sometimes you had to make a deal with the devil in order to survive. "If the AI isn't willing to work with us, let's see if Dr. Phage here will cooperate with us to gain control of the sub. It could even reduce whatever sentence he's given based on whatever crimes we charge him with that actually stick."

"If we gain control, I suggest that we do not hand this submarine over to Lt. Smohk or the U.S. Government. We should either scuttle it by having it dive in a very deep point of the ocean where it will implode, or we sail into a U.S. port waving a white flag.” He then explained his reasoning for this. “If we let the whole world know this sub exists, then it can’t be used for nefarious reasons. Russia would undoubtedly want the sub back, and the United States will want to keep it.”
