We're also having the master bathroom remodeled.  I miss my private toilet.

I've just signed for the family house, going to have to put new bathroom and kitchen stuff in it as well as new windows throughout.  Not going to have ensuite though!

Yeah, when we took over the in-laws' house, we had to completely re-do both bathrooms and the kitchen.  The house had been built in the sixties and was well used.  Our new house is more recent, 90-something, but previous half-assery meant a near total tear down in the bathroom.  The shower had been leaking for some time and seeping under the vinyl.

Yeah, my dad had a leak from the bathroom about a year before he died 12mths ago...OMG, it's 13mths now :-(
