The party make their way across the platform upon which 'Malar's Fist' rests. Bane waves in the general direction of the cockpit viewport as they approach, however there is no sign of Sella and the boarding ramp does not lower as they reach the ship.

"Typical," mutters Bane as he rummages in a belt pouch for a cylindrical remote which he presses to lower the entry ramp, "Can't even lift a finger to help. Literally. She's probably sulking in the crew quarters."

"Or else she's finally got around to deserting us," Zirak says, his tone a mixture of resentment and hopefulness.

"I doubt that," Sora says firmly, ascending the boarding ramp.

"Sella?" he calls as he enters the ship, "Sella, are you there?"

There is no answer, and upon searching the ship they find no sign of her.

"Who is Sella?" Ak-Yev asks as their search brings them back to the cargo hold, "And what is this?"

He stoops to pick up Sella's blaster pistol which lies discarded in the shadows by the entry ramp.

"A female who was supposed to be watching our ship," Zirak replies dismissively in answer to Ak-Yev's first question. He shrugs in answer to the second, failing to recognise the blaster as Sella's.

"She is one of our travelling companions," Sora elaborates, frowning, "And that is her blaster."

"I told you she has deserted us," Zirak sneers, shaking his head.

"Without her blaster?" replies Sora, "Unlikely."

He withdraws his lightsaber and ignites it as he cautiously continues to search the ship.

"Either way, this is the last time we leave her in charge of the ship," Bane says darkly as he unslings his blaster rifle and follows after Sora.

"Beep-boopity-bleep!" R5 beeps from the cockpit.

"What is it?" Zirak says, crouching beside the astromech at the pilot's desk and peering underneath. He has found himself staring at a multi detonator, crudely attached to the ignition cables.

"Ah, Bane?" he has called delicately.

Bane also squats to examine the multi detonator, giving a low whistle.

"It seems we really aren't the most popular beings in the galaxy. I know nothing about multi detonators," he adds in response to Zirak's expectant look, "I might use the odd frag now and again..."

"Beepity-boop-beep-boopity-bleep," R5 beeps confidently.

Bane glances at him skeptically.

"Well, you're welcome to try," he says, "But I don't want to be on board when you do..."

"I will be onboard," says Zirak proudly, "I have faith in you, R5."

"As do I," Sora says, his tone lacking the conviction of his words.

"I do not fear death," Ak-Yev adds solemnly, his posture resolute, "It is simply the next journey."

"Well, I'm quite happy with the current journey," says Bane coolly, backing out of the cockpit and disappearing down the corridor. A few moments later he has emerged from the entry ramp, making his way over to a safe distance at the edge of the platform and seating himself on the least grimy of a pile of empty crates.

R5 remains unphased by Bane's departure. It has begun to tentatively fiddle with the cables, attempting to disable the multi detonator but also keep it in tact for resale. A minute passes, then another. At length the detonator has given a happy beep and has deactivated.

"Beep-boopity-dwoop!" R5 has beeped smugly.

"Never doubted you for a second," Zirak says, equally smug.

"Nor did I," agrees Sora with questionable honesty.

Ak-Yev had been standing, arms crossed, eyes closed and with a serene expression on his face. He now opens his eyes.

"Quay's protection rests on you, Emissary," he says to Zirak, bowing reverentially.

Seeing the animation of those gathered in the cockpit, Bane has cautiously approached the ship and made his way back into the cockpit.

"Beepity-dwoop!" R5 beeps as Bane enters, triumphantly holding out the deactivated multi detonator.

"Indeed," Bane nods, sounding genuinely impressed, "Very well, I admit that you are one of the most skilled droids in the galaxy. Now can you stop waving that thing around?"

Sora breaths once more in relief, before glancing about the cockpit.

"All right, we need to find Sella. And find out who did this to the ship."

"Those two statements may be the same," Bane replies darkly.

Sora sends him a skeptical glance.

"Come now, when has she ever given you reason to believe she wants any of us dead? She wants me alive to go back to her Stratocracy for trial, and that is all. No, this is the work of some local gang, I would guess."

"Or your uncle," Zirak suggests, "He might have tracked us here."

"True," Sora allows, looking pensive, "If so he is more relentless than we had thought."

"The ship has an onboard recording system," Bane points out, "It's nothing fancy, but it's serviceable and might provide some clues as to our intruders' identities, assuming they didn't disable it."

"Good idea," Sora nods as R5 brings up the recordings stored in the system.

The ship's recording equipment seems to consist of a single camera, situated just within the entry ramp corridor. The footage from the camera is intact. Either the intruders were not aware of it, or else assumed it would be destroyed along with the ship when the detonator went off.

The footage shows the entry ramp lowering around two standard hours ago, and Zirak, Sora, Bane and R5 all exiting the ship. The ramp is raised once more by Sella after they have left. Half and hour passes uneventfully. All of a sudden the ramp begins to lower once more. Sella hurries into the frame, hand resting on the grip of the blaster at her side. She draws the blaster but is struck by a blast in her shoulder and one in her leg. Her blaster slips from her grasp and she collapses with a silent cry. Her attackers then appear into the screen. They are duros, dressed in flight suits and armed with heavy blaster pistols. There appear to be at least six of them. A pair make their way toward the cockpit, while another crouches beside Sella, searching her. He seems to find something that interests him, since after a moment he calls something behind him, and another couple of duros assist him in hoisting her up and dragging her from the cargo hold. After another few minutes the pair from cockpit return, and all the duros seem to exit the ship. The boarding ramp closes once more, and all is quiet for half an hour or so until the party return.

"It seems we shall need upgrade our entry ramp mechanism," Bane says darkly as the footage ends. Makes his way out of the ship, using the butt of his rifle to prize open a panel beside the boarding ramp. He nods grimly.

"These cables have charring on them. Most likely they have been hotwired to short open the door, and then patched up afterwards. More modern ships don't have these kinds of wires accessible from the outside."

"Any idea who these duros might be?"

"Any ideas where we can get our ship fixed?" Zirak adds, less concerned for Sella's fate than Sora.

"There is a high quality shipyard on Falleen," Bane replies eagerly, "And I am friends with the owner. He would be able to perform the necessary modifications to make the mechanism secure, I am sure."

"Would that friend be called Xizor, by any chance?" Zirak says cynically.

Bane raises his hands placatingly.

"You asked where we could get our ship fixed."

"True," Zirak allows, before turning to R5, "R5? Can you think of a place which doesn't belong to a being who wants to steal my cube?"

"Beepity-boop-beep-dweep-beepity-boopity."

"I believe he said Falleen was actually the best place to-"

Bane is interrupted by an indignant beep.

"Yes, Bane. Stop trying to trick me into thinking he is as disloyal as you are."

"Corellia," says Bane with a longsuffering sigh, "Dian Vevor apparently used to get his ships modified there."

"You are telling me no one on this festering slime heap can repair some broken wires on a ship?"

"I have never needed to seek out any shipwrights on any planet other than Falleen," Bane replies with just a hint of snobbery.

"Beepity-boop-beep-bleep-boopity," R5 explains.

"He only knows the shipwright Dian Vevor used, since he spent all his time on Utapau after his special modifications," Bane translates, "This is his first time to Nar Shaddaa, as Dian never had dealings this far afield."

"Perhaps we could go and look for one on this moon?" suggests Ak-Yev practically.

"I like you, Ak-Yev," Zirak decides, ignoring Sora, "So does Quay. Let us do so."

"Well I am going to look for Sella," says Sora, deciding that no one else is going to help him, "She has only been gone for half an hour. She cannot be far away."

"Yes," says Bane dryly, "If they had a starship she couldn't be much further than the other side of the moon..."

Zirak snorts appreciatively.

Sora stares coldly at the pair before turning and walking off.

"I am going to look for her. You are welcome to assist me if you wish."

Bane sighs, glancing at Zirak.

"It would be unfortunate if he got himself killed before we managed to get access to his estate."

"True. I suppose you will need to feed soon anyway, Sora."

"Beepity-boop-beep-boop?" R5 asks, swivelling its head in the direction of the ship behind them.

"Just raise the boarding ramp and hope no one else comes along?" Bane suggests, waving a hand dismissively.

"If that strategy was a good one, we wouldn't be in this mess in the first place," Zirak counters, "I vote that R5 takes the ship into orbit while the rest of us tag along with Sora."

Bane cannot argue with this logic, and nods.

"Very well."

R5 trundles back up the entry ramp and disappears into the ship. A couple of minutes later the entry ramp is raised, the engine ignites, and the ship lifts off from the platform. The landing gear retracts, and with a roar the ship shoots of into the traffic above.

"So, Sora," says Bane as they set off into the streets, "Where exactly are we going?"

Sora does not seem to have actually considered this. He gives Bane a reproving frown.

"A cantina," he decides vaguely at length.

"A cantina," Bane repeats, nodding, "That narrows it down."

Sora does not grace this comment with a response. Instead he turns to Ak-Yev, addressing him in Basic.

"Ak-Yev, do you have any suggestions for cantinas in which to start looking for this duros gang?"

Ak-Yev shrugs.

"My suggestion would be to inquire at the Jekk'Jekk Tarr," he replies somberly, "It is a popular venue for many of the aliens in the district. If your duros are not there, there is a good chance someone may have seen them, if it be the will of Quay."

Sora nods approvingly, turning back to Bane.

"The Jekk'Jekk Tarr," he says confidently, "Is that specific enough for you?"

Zirak suspects Bane is rolling his eyes, though his helmet conceals his features.

"Very well, Sora. Let us hope that 'Quay' is not leading us all on a wild jakrab chase."

"A word of warning, Emissary," Ak-Yev says earnestly to Zirak, "Many sections of the cantina are filled with cyanogen. Many species including weequay find this more comfortable to breath than oxygen, however it is fatal to humans and a number of alien species. I do not know if Quay has gifted you with the ability to breath these toxins?"

Zirak gives a look of distaste.

"Quay prefers that I do not become too reliant on his powers," he says smoothly, "I shall need to acquire a breath mask before we enter the cantina."

Bane taps his helmet.

"Another reason I always like to be prepared."

They do not have trouble locating a stall which stocks breath masks on their way to the cantina, and after a little bit of haggling, they purchase one for two hundred credits. Zirak places it on his face as they head off once more, looking even more like a Sith lord. The Jekk'Jekk Tarr is not far, and they reach the cantina without incident. A pair of bouncers, a weequay and a zabrak, flank the entrance, but make no effort to stop the party as they enter.

Upon entering, the party find themselves in a red-lit corridor. This opens out into a large, circular room after a few meters. The room is also lit by infrared lighting, and filled with an array of patrons, the most common being trandoshans and devaronians. They have noticed an elderly cerean seated at a table to the left of the room, along with a white skinned twi'lek and a ruddy skinned devaronian. The cerean wears a breath mask, and has a patch over his eye. The attire of the trio suggests that they are a space pirates. But of more interest to the party is the pair of duros who sit at the bar, heavy blasters at their sides.

Bane nods, casually approaching the pair. He pauses for a moment, before glancing back at the others with a subtle nod.

The pair of duros look at each other in confusion and alarm. Then, as one, they leap from their barstools, drawing their blasters.

Zirak's lightsaber springs to life in a flash, slashing the first duros across the chest as he raises his blaster to fire. With a garbled cry he crumples to the floor.

The second duros manages to dodge a hasty blast fired by Bane, which shatters a bottle of some unknown dark liquid on the shelf behind the bar. However he gives a cry of pain as Sora's lightsaber sweeps up to slice off his right hand at the wrist, sending his blaster pistol and severed hand clattering to the floor. Sora swiftly deactivates his weapon and kicks the blaster out of reach as the duros slumps backwards, clutching the cauterised stump where his hand used to be.

The conversation in the room about them instantly subsides and the air hangs in silent tension. All eyes are on the party of newcomers, and even the devaronian bartender makes no attempt to argue about his shattered bottle of beverage, though he glances regretfully at the puddle of liquid and shattered glass. The devaronian space pirate has half risen from his chair, blaster drawn, but the elderly cerean places a hand on his shoulder and pulls him firmly back to his seat. A number of the trandoshans about the room have claws placed tentatively on their blasters, but they too refrain from interfering.

"All right," says Zirak in a dangerously soft voice which carries in the silence about them, placing the tip of his lightsaber a couple of centimeters from the duros' throat, "Let's try this one last time. Take us to our kidnapped companion, or die."

The injured duros stares at the lightsaber tip for a moment, considering the two proposed alternatives. He does not take long in deciding.

"I'll take you to her," he murmurs resentfully after a moment.

"I thought you'd see it my way," Zirak says smugly, withdrawing the lightsaber from his neck, "Lead the way."

The unfortunate duros has been hoisted up by Sora, who has placed an arm around the duros as he staggers out of the cantina. The patrons about them watch them leave warily, but continue to refrain from interfering. Once outside, the duros, still supported by Sora, has begun to lead the way through the streets. The party have attracted more than a few glances, but on Nar Shaddaa beings know better than to stop or stare, and have quickly hurried on their way. After ten minutes or so of traversing their way through the bustling skywalks of the Docks Sector they have arrived at a dilapidated skytower, a kilometer or so from the Jekk'Jekk Tarr.

"In here," the duros has grunted, jerking his head at the building's entrance.

Bane has pressed the activation switch and the door to the building has slid open with a faint grating sound. Bane pauses beside the entrance, jerking his blaster rifle at the duros.

"Lead the way."

The duros has muttered something in Durese, before taking a hagged breath and hobbling into the building.

The duros has lead the way into what appears to be a foyer. It is deserted, and covered in grime and graffiti. He has approached a turbolift to the left side of the foyer, pressing his hip against the controls to open it. The door opens with a surprisingly healthy beep, and he has stepped into the turbolift. Once the others are on board, he he has pressed the inner controls with his elbow, and they have descended a couple of levels. The doors have then opened once more to reveal a grimy corridor which extends before them. A transparisteel window forms one side of the corridor, although it is caked with so much grime and graffiti that it is impossible to make anything in the dark and gloom of the lower city streets below. The duros has lead them up to a large door.

"She'll be in here," he has grunted again.

Bane remains where he is, jerking his rifle at the duros.

"Indeed. And as I said before, you first."

The duros has licked his lips and taken another breath, before typing a code into the control panel and giving it a nudge. With a beep the door slides open.

The corridor before them curves away to the right and left, forming a giant circle. Apartment doors branch off the corridor every dozen or so meters, and makeshift barricades seem to have been constructed about the corridor with empty canisters and crates. Behind these barricades they are able to make out half a dozen duros who crouch, blasters trained on the entrance. Another seven or eight duros hurry out of apartment doors to join them blasters drawn. The injured duros jerks free of Sora's grasp the moment the door is open, darting to the left and back toward the elevator.

Sora gives a shout and ignites his lightsaber, charging at the nearest barricade. Parrying blasts he has swung at one of the duros crouched behind, who has quickly darted back, narrowly avoiding the blade.

"Oh no you don't," Zirak has said coldly as he snatches hold of the fleeing duros and drags him around in front of him. He then advances, lightsaber ignited, using the duros as a living shield. He does not remain a living shield for long, as a series of blasts strike his chest, legs and arms. As Zirak reaches the barricade he tosses aside the duros' corpse and flips over the barricade, impaling the duros behind with his lightsaber.

Blasts fly about Sora and Zirak as the corridor fills with the haze and smell of ozone. One strikes Zirak's shoulder, leaving a charred dent in his dark armor. Sora manages to bat aside two blasts and narrowly flinches aside from a third which whizzes past his ear.

Bane takes careful aim at the barrier behind which the duros has disappeared, waiting for him to reemerge. The duros does so a few seconds later only to find Bane's well aimed blast in his forehead. He does not even gasp as he collapses lifelessly to the corridor floor.

Sora swings his blade once more at the duros nearest him, this time slashing the duros across the chest and sending him collapsing backward, gasping in pain.

"Taking a long time to die, aren't they?" Zirak scowls, kicking the nearest body with one durasteel-toed boot for emphasis as the next duros narrowly ducks what was clearly intended to be decapitating blow. "I'm sure if we ate them together, it would be quicker..."

"We are not," Sora pants as he narrowly dodges a blast aimed at his head and deflects another into the floor a few meters from his feet, "eating them."

He gives a grunt of surprise a moment later as a third blast strikes him squarely in the chest, sending him crashing backwards over one of the crates.

Ak-Yev mutters a curse in Sriluurian as a blaster bolt whizzes past his ear and another strikes his shoulder. With a snarl he raises his blaster to fry the duros who shot him.

"As usual, Sora is demonstrating the amazing advantages of not husking people," Bane says dryly as he darts up to fire off a couple of shots before ducking back behind his crate once more. Neither of his blasts strike their targets.

"Incompetent moron," Zirak says, by way of agreement with Bane, scowling down at Sora's unconscious body. "Very well, Sora, we won't do it. As usual, I will rain destruction and despair down on our enemies on my own."

"Sora is more useful when he's unconscious anyway," Bane says consolingly as the familiar darkness begins to form about Zirak.

The duros glance at each other apprehensively as the dark energy begins to grow from Zirak. A few of them blast at him, but their shots are harmlessly absorbed. A moment later the dark tendrils of energy burst from his palms, piercing into the nearest two mercenaries and draining the life from them in seconds. The remaining duros curse and focus their fire on Zirak.

Ak-Yev stares at Zirak in awe for a moment, before grinning and rising from the cover of his crate.

"They are no match for the might of Quay!" be exclaims proudly.

His enthusiasm is somewhat dampened a moment later by a blaster bold which strikes him in the chest, sending him thudding unceremoniously to the corridor floor.

"How have their species survived this long?" Bane mutters from the safety of his crate, content to let Zirak take things from here.

Zirak does not seem to hear him, completely absorbed in the darkness about him. By this point another three duros lie dead in the corridor, as Zirak strides forward, engulfing two more. The remaining duros gives a cry of terror, dropping his blaster as he turns to flee, but does not make it more than a few paces down the corridor before he too is engulfed in the dark energy, and with a final gasp collapses forward lifelessly to the corridor floor. There is a moment of silence, save for a sound much like the distant rushing of wind which emanates from Zirak, then, slowly, the darkness begins to fade and Zirak returns to himself, breathing heavily and eyes glinting.

"Well, that didn't go to badly, all things considered," Bane says brightly, stepping out from behind his crate after the threat of danger appears to be over.

"Indeed," Zirak replies absently, glancing about the corridor for any sign of remaining food sources.

"So," says Bane, approaching the unconscious forms of Sora and Ak-Yev, "Do we take them back to the ship and tell them Sella was no where to be found?"

"That sounds like a plan," Zirak says approvingly.

"So, who is taking who?" Bane says, after a moment.

"Who is lifting who is more the question," Zirak says pointedly.

"Fair," Bane allows, glancing from Sora's bulky form to Ak-Yev's even bulkier form.

The pair are saved from their dilemma at that moment by Sora, who has given a groan and opened his eyes groggily. He has stared at grimy corridor roof above him for a moment before wincing and sitting up. His gaze rests on the duros corpses scattered about the corridor, before he turns to Zirak.

"What happened? Did you find her?"

"If by 'her' you are referring to Sella, then the answer is 'no'," Zirak has sniffed sourly as he crouches to examine one of the discarded duros blasters.

"Reckon we could get anything for these?" he directs at Bane.

Ignoring Sora, Bane crouches beside Zirak to examine the weapon.

"Model 434 heavy blaster," he says appraisingly, "And in reasonable condition. I reckon we could get five hundred credits apiece with the right buyer."

This seems to be good enough for Zirak, who eagerly begins scooping up the weapons into his pack.

Sora watches the pair reprovingly for a few moments, before picking himself up and limping across to Ak-Yev's prone form. He slumps down beside him, placing a hand on the weequay's pulse. He seems satisfied, and closes his eyes, hovering his hand over the wound on Ak-Yev's chest. Nothing seems happen. After a moment Sora opens one eye hopefully. He scowls Ak-Yev's lack of response, reaching defeatedly into his pouch to withdraw a medpac.

"Now, which end was it...?" he mutters to himself.

"Other end," he decides a few moments later as bacta sprays across his boots.

On his second attempt he succeeds in getting the right end, but still misses Ak-Yev's vein, spilling most of the bacta onto the weequay's arm instead. He sighs.

"Have you learned to use these yet?" he inquires reluctantly of Zirak.

"If you mean, do I know the goal is to get the bacta into my target and not on my shoes..." Zirak says unhelpfully as he continues to scavenge the discarded blasters.

Sora sends Zirak a scowl.

"Sora, you know you really should learn to use these things properly," Bane sniffs, snatching the third medpac from the weequay and preparing to inject it.

"Um, Bane..." says Sora tentatively, "I think it goes the other-"

There is a splash as bacta sprays across Bane's boots.

"Not one word, Sora," Bane replies darkly as he tosses the empty medpac aside, ignoring Ak-Yev as he focuses on cleaning off his boots.

Several minutes, and as many medpacs, later, after a good deal of arguing and discussing between the three conscious party members, a combined effort has finally seen a medpac correctly inserted into a vein on Ak-Yev's arm, and the mercenary has jerked awake.

Ak-Yev has sat up, seemingly oblivious to the wounds on his chest and arm, and glanced about the corridor.

"I salute you Emissary," he says reverently to Zirak, "The foes of Quay will learn to fear his very name!"

"Remind me again why we decided to wake him up?" Bane says darkly as he returns to the task of scavenging duros corpses.

While Zirak rejoins Bane in their efforts, Sora has risen and limped along the corridor to peer into the nearest of the apartments.

"Sella?" he has called weakly. Upon receiving no response, he has moved onto the next one, then the next. After a few minutes he has stuck his head out of an apartment near the far end of the corridor.

"Here! I think I've found something."

"Oh?" Zirak says darkly as he makes his way down the corridor, Bane and Ak-Yev in toe, looking as though he doubts that anything that is of interest to Sora would interest him.

"A recording," Sora says as Zirak enters, pointing to a holotable in the corner of the room. It depicts a duros in a combat jumpsuit, speaking in Durese. He holds a blaster pointed at what is unmistakably Sella, with what appears to be a large bruise on her forehead, her hands cuffed behind her back.

"They must have been in the middle of playing it when we entered," Sora surmises thoughtfully, "Either of you understand what he is saying?"

"What do I look like, a protocol droid?" Bane says with disinterest as he moves over to rummage through a pair of lockers on the far side of the room.

"Nope," Zirak replies, equally unhelpfully as he follows Bane over to the lockers.

Bane has already tossed out a couple of jumpsuits and is examining a pair of macrobinoculars. Satisfied, he pockets these, before withdrawing a series of medpacs. He eyes these with resentment, but takes them nonetheless. He tries the next locker, which appears to be locked.

"Always a good sign," he informs Zirak knowingly as he attempts to slice it. His enthusiasm falters as the lock gives a dissatisfied beep. Then another. Then a third and final beep as the lock flashes unhelpfully 'Too many attempts. Manual override required'. Bane sighs.

"Lightsaber?" he suggests resignedly, stepping out of the way.

Zirak has nodded in a agreement, igniting his lightsaber to give the locker a swift jab. With a sickly beep the lock splutters and the door swings open. Zirak peers eagerly at a pile of credit chips, a modified DL-18 blaster and what is unmistakably a lightsaber stashed within.

Bane peers over his shoulder, eagerly reaching for the blaster as Zirak takes the lightsaber.

"Jackpot."

"We need a translator," Sora says impatiently as the hologram ends, pressing a button to replay it again, "Are any of those thugs out there still alive?"

"Do I look like a medic?" Zirak says as he ignites the lightsaber to reveal a green, humming blade, swinging it around experimentally, before deactivating it once more.

Sora gives an impatient growl and stalks out of the room to begin examining the bodies outside.

Bane proceeds to quickly tally the credit chips.

"Three thousand one hundred in total," he says presently, "That's a thousand each for you, me and R5."

"I've found one!" Sora calls presently, "He's still got a pulse."

Upon receiving no response from his allies, Sora withdraws a medpac and very carefully prepares to inject it. He double checks the end, and, frowning in concentration, injects it into the duros' arm. The duros gives a gasp and opens his eyes. Sora pats the empty medpac approvingly before placing it onto the floor beside him. He then turns his attention sternly to the duros.

"All right, if you want to live you've got one chance."

A minute later the duros has limped into the apartment in which Bane and Zirak are still dividing credit chips. Ak-Yev stands solemnly at Zirak's shoulder, hand resting on the grip of his blaster. The duros pauses in the doorway, eyeing the trio with apprehension, but has received a rough shove from Sora and obediently made his way over to the holotable. Sora has restarted the recording, and the duros has licked his lips before proceeding in heavily accented basic.

"It's our leader, Kuzran Terrak," he explains, before translating, "Vellor, we've hit the jackpot. Our informant has got back to us. She's Stratocracy. And not just anyone. She's the daughter of Sondiv Sella, one of Veers' inner circle. The Consortium are offering a fortune for her. This could be our buy in. Gather your men and meet me at the Blue Nova in half an hour. We're jumping this moon. And be on your guard. Sora's ship didn't detonate. He's somewhere on the moon, and you know how dangerous he is."

The recording finishes and the duros glances cautiously at Sora.

Zirak and Bane have ceased negotiating with their credit chips, and have approached with interest.

"Daughter of one of Veers' inner circle?" Bane repeats calculatingly, "Perhaps rescuing Sella isn't such a crazy idea after all..."

"Indeed," agrees Zirak, staring at the holorecording of Sella as though he is looking at a particularly large credit chip.

"We are not selling off Sella," Sora reprimands the pair sharply, "We are rescuing her."

"Naturally," Bane replies smoothly, exchanging a meaningful look with Zirak, "Wouldn't dream of it. One thing is certain though, we need to make our way to this Blue Nova, and fast..."
