Request To Join and Character Creation


First, as GM I have final say on powers.

Second, the player advises what they want as a power and the GM creates it.

Third, I will not divulge point cost for the powers because I want the players to focus on what they want to play and not on what they can play with the point restriction.

Fourth, please give a short backstory for your character, who they are and where they are from, what brought them to the city if they were not from it already?

Characters are first created using the 150pt mundane template below, use to it gauge what you want your character to be like without taking into account their power.

I have omitted HP and FP and AP because they will be only used in the background (among other secrets). We will be using the last gasp for action points (AP), no Long term Fatigue.

Once you have that we can discuss what power you would like to have and how it will function.


max skill level is att+4 for creation

Per and Will are separate attributes from IQ.

Per cost 10 per level.

Will cost 10 per level.

You can have up to 5 quirks, this gives you 5 additional points that you can spend on anything allowed.

Starting TL is 8.

Languages won't play a major factor, so the prices are halved (1 for broken, 2 for accent, 3 for fluent).
