RULES
Let's keep things simple and friendly:
1) Be respectful. No threats, harassment, flaming, trolling, spamming or just generally being jerks to each other. Do not assume that because someone is using pronouns like 'you, we, us, they, etc' they are making something personal when more likely they are using them as a generic catch-all for 'players, DMs, etc'. If someone does make it personal it can be seen as a violation of this rule depending on the context. It is better to keep things general unless someone is directly asking for personal advice.
2) No religion or politics unless they're from a game and don't share real world connections.
3) Remember this forum is viewable by everyone. This isn't tagged mature and shouldn't need to be.
4) If you participating in a thread other than the Friendly Chat then stay on topic and be constructive. I'm not saying you need to be writing a dissertation with every post but a short message that says 'lol that sounds like a bad situation' isn't helping.
5) If anyone feels like something has gotten out of hand then let me know. If I feel it necessary I will shut down any conversation that has gone too far.
6) Enjoy yourself and don't be afraid to ask questions.
7) Actually consider #6 as Rule 0.
8) To RTJ all you need to is send in the message. The only information I actually require is if you're primarily here to ask or offer advice. Optionally if you don't want me to use your rpol name as your name here then provide and alternative.
9) If you have a situation that you feel can't be adequately dealt with in the Quick Advice thread then pm me with a title and body and I'll create a new thread for you.
