Harry sat up front.

The Professor sat in the back, between Bigby and Cecelia.

The long, curving road up the hill to the great estate of Collinwood left them all in a quiet mood... there was no conversation. This made things a bit grim, which made conversation even harder to start.

The Professor seemed in the best mood, but even he was a bit daunted by everyone else's atmosphere...

Finally, they arrived, hurried out of the car, and walked up to the great wooden doors.

Willie didn't knock, but just let himself in-- scanned the foyer to make sure he wasn't about to run into someone about to come out, or surprise anyone (or was he checking to make sure to avoid someone or something else?) but when he saw he wasn't, he invited everyone else inside, and everyone entered.

Looking from your right to your left: a staircase that leads to the second floor, a long table with a bronze statuette of a man digging a ditch or something, a small door, a set of large doors that lead somewhere else, a large grandfather clock, and two more individual doors. The door on the far left is cracked a bit, and looks like it may lead to a study or small library.

The door under the stairs opens, and into the room comes a young woman, around 18, her dark brown hair worn up. She's... pretty, in a way, but there's something very distant about her that makes her a little cold... and that also makes her seem older than she is. "Willie," she says. "Mrs. Collins wants to see them one at a time."

"Who first?"

"The lady who originally had an appointment should get to go first."

"Girl been found yet?"

"No."

"What if I asked the rest if they wanted to come help search? Harry here has good ideas about it..."

"The individual interviews shouldn't take that long... they can wait in the study. The Professor, in particular, might find the books in there interesting. If she hasn't turned up by the time Mrs. Collins has talked to them all, then they can help search, if they want..."

One by one, everyone waits in the study, while each of the others are interviewed in the drawing room.
