Session 1: A Legend Is Born
Otto Kashkeen is a male Tanh'aak, a species of bestial humanoids with pale green skin, coarse (if a bit sparse) dark hair/fur, pronounced tusks, and, for males of the species, rigid horns which curl from each side of the head, like those of a ram. Otto himself is especially large for a Tanh'aak; he's well over two metres in height (6'11" or so), and weighs upward of 160 kg (roughly 360 lbs). Additionally, he's let his hair grow down to the middle of his back, and his beard is equally long, reaching the middle of his chest. In battle, he wears light but sturdy unpowered armor (kinda like Boba Fett, but without all of the add-ons), as well as a set of powered goggles that help him aim his shots with his blaster carbine while he's simultaneously wielding his vibro-sword (think Cyclops' visor, with one solid eyepiece instead of separates).
[Pic to come]
Otto was always big for his age, and, early in life, he joined the military; at this time, the Empire's influence had just reached his system, and the planet's government immediately swore fealty to Palpatine. During the Dark Times, before A New Hope, the Tanh'aak sold their goods and services to the Empire, and helped them to conquer many nearby systems (while profiting greatly from acting as the Empire's proxy; because of this treachery and aggression, the Tanh'aak are often viewed with scorn around the Outer Rim). Otto himself, however, never fought under the Imperial banner; once his time in military school was finished, he immediately went into freelance work instead of fighting for the Empire alongside many other of his fellow soldiers. However, he didn't reject the Empire solely out of moral disgust for their goals and ideals and tactics; mostly, he just doesn't like being told what to do, and the Empire doesn't tolerate free spirits for long.
"Yeah, Risk isn't bad... But that scrawny chung-chewer still owes me for what happened to that freighter we boosted on Mormova. Good pilot, though."
"Ironstagg's all right, too, for a droid with human parts attached, or whatever the hell he is. I gotta admit, those metal mitts of his can be pretty useful; the last time we were in Oceantar (a port city in Korra's southern hemisphere), we stopped for a drink... I had a bit too much flash-wine, a game of sabaac went sideways, and a couple of Black & Reds woulda got the jump on me, if Ironstagg hadn't been there... That guy hits hard, and fast - he just can't hold his liquor."
"Enemies? *snort* You don't work all over the Outer Rim, taking on the biggest jobs for the most credits, without making a few enemies. Apparently, Risk is on the bad side of a Hutt... Deemo the Hutt at that. And riding shotgun in the Riskrunner means that I'm on Deemo's radar, too, so Risk and I might have to have a serious talk about that at some point.
Besides the Hutts, there are all sorts of gangers, thugs, and small-time players, but I wouldn't consider any of them 'enemies'... They're more like pests. I gotta admit, though, there's one thing I really, REALLY like, and that's fighting stormtroopers. There's nothing better than throwing two of them at the same time, one in each hand, or cracking open that cheap white armor and making the cowards inside weep with fear."
[OOC: Just a suggestion, maybe Otto's "arch-"nemesis could be an elite stormtrooper, like Phasma from the new movies, with special weapons and armor for taking out an advanced threat like Otto Kashkeen.]
"Hey, Flynt, I gotta ask...
[Question TBD]"
