Julius Sykes has been with OSI for several months now, initially in an advisory capacity, but recently in a more active role.

Officially, he is assigned to act as a translator (he reads & speaks Danish, English, French, German, Latin, and Russian), as well as his academic experience to understand some of the things the Nazis are doing.

Unofficially, as those he has worked with in combat have discovered, Julius is able to use magic! His spells are limited, and focuses on helping those along side him, rather than shooting fireballs or turning people into frogs. He has displayed three spells thus far - One that makes people harder to hurt and giving them sparkling skin; One that gives people a blurred form and makes them less likely to be hit; One that allows people to breathe underwater as well as in noxious gas, although he can only help those he can touch with this spell, whereas the previous two can be done at a distance of about 20 yards.
