Wait wot? You dare to call game balance? If any system has none of that its the whole 40k range. Hell a guardsman with a multi melta or lascannon can TPK us with ease. Its limited to PSy rating allies so no hordes but the fact that it was not changed in the errata makes me wonder how 'wrong' my interpretation is.
