In game context she wont know exactly how bad off you are without you saying like minor wounds ot severely ot desperate. The hp bar will help the player know what to do but try and keep it relatively in game

It is damage in equals damage out.
So all your healing been taken by the new damage but I be almost dead if you had not healed me.

He needs healed some more then.

Could we get a map update please DM? I am a bit confused about what if any targets are left.
