-Any item you think would supplement your future endeavors, may be bought at only a 0%-10% mark up finders fee
0% Minor, 5% Medium or 10% Major.
Nothing legendary or artifacts or wondrous

-If you have need of masterwork items, they come now at cost value with 5% fee, still requires 10 days to forge.

-Any masterwork item you currently have can have an enchantment added to it for the cost fee plus 5%. (requires X Days to obtain)

-Selling items back isn't a profitable business, as they just use the items to support other Guild Members and shouldn't be a marketplace as such.

-You can Rent an item for 1/3rd the price of buying it. This costs is over the course of a mission, not days or hours.

-You can still find used items 10% below their normal cost, however they are used and have chances of breaking.
