Laying On Hands
Once per session, CSX may remove a mild physical consequence from another character
or downgrade a Consequence greater than Mild by one level.  The action is considered
a start to recovery.   In doing so, however, CSX takes on a consequence of an equal level
to the consequence affected, representing how taxing the healing was.  His healing is
tied to his emotional state and the ability to feel compassion his your target.  In addition,
while taking this action, CSX takes on a temporary Aspect Laying On Hands which can be
compelled against him, representing the sheer concentration and focus this requires.
The actual Laying on of Hands takes a couple of minutes.

Rapid Regeneration
Once per session, spend a fate point to remove a mild Mental consequence or
downgrade a higher-ranked Mental Consequence acquired from Laying On of Hands.
This action is considered to start recovery.

Psionic Cloud
Once per session, create a "psionic" advantage of pure emotion that has the potential
to interrupt or impact the target's actions.  You must have a line-of-sight to the target.
Roll Empathy to create the Aspect; the target opposes with Will.  For a Fate-Point, you may
opt to blanket an entire zone. If you wish to filter out individuals, you'll need to split
successes among named targets.

Pedal to the Metal. You can coax more speed out of your vehicle than seems possible. Whenever you’re engaged in any contest where speed is the primary factor (such as a chase or race of some kind) and you tie with your Drive roll, it’s considered a success.

Ramming Speed!
When ramming another vehicle, you ignore two shifts of damage. So if you ram and hit for four shifts, you only take two yourself. (Fate Core, p.107)

Teasing Gibes. You’re adept at catching the eye of the opposite sex, keeping it once you’ve got it, with cutting remarks. Any seduction attempts you make with Provoke receive a +2 bonus whenever the target is someone who could be receptive to it (this is not always a simple case of gender and preference).

Called Shot. During a Shoot attack, spend a fate point and declare a specific condition you want to inflict on a target, like Shot in the Hand. If you succeed, you place that as a situation aspect on them in addition to hitting them for stress.

Always Making Useful Things
Straight-forward and... err... useful.   Because Janelle is Always Making Useful Things, You don’t ever have to spend a fate point to declare that you have the proper tools for a particular job using Crafts, even in extreme situations (like being imprisoned and separated from all your stuff). This source of opposition is just off the table. (Fate Core, p.103)

Better Than New
Because Janelle is awesome at making things Better Than New, whenever you succeed with style on an overcome action to repair a piece of machinery, you can immediately give it a new situation aspect (with a free invoke) reflecting the improvements you’ve made, instead of just a boost. (Fate Core, p.103)

But She's Cute & Innocent!
Whenever you succeed at a Rapport roll that leverages your "cute & innocent" vibe, you can Create an Advantage "But She's Cute & Innocent!" that takes a Fair(+2) opposition to remove.  This will tend to make those people have to overcome that opposition before thinking of her otherwise...
