Character Name: (Forename & Surname, please do not include any relations to characters from the original game)
Sex: (Male/female)
Age: (15+ as that is the minimum age requirement to attempt to become a member of SeeD. Ideally I'd say try and have characters around the 17/18 range)
Home Garden: (This could either be Balamb, Trabia or the newly reformed Galbadia Gardens. If you come from a Garden other than Balamb you will have transferred there recently to take the Field Exam)

Appearance: (Just a rough idea of what they look like and, when not in the traditional uniform, what they may wear. A paragraph or two should be adequate)
Image: (Optional)

Personality: (What are they like as a person, who do they react around others etc. Just a paragraph is fine to get a basic idea as the character can certainly develop and change as the story progresses)

Backstory/Personal History: (Notable events in their life up until this point. Again at least around 3 paragraphs for this as I'm sure they're not a complete blank slate!)

Miscellaneous: (Please include anything else you feel is relevant here)
