This is a pathfinder game, but I don't want a character sheet yet. The way I look at it, I'm admitting players, not characters to the game. We can do characters later once I have 4-6 good players.

So tell me about yourself, roleplaying, writing and rpol.

Why do you want to join this game?
What do you want to get out of it?
What kind of character do you enjoy playing?
What is your experience with rpol? Online roleplaying games? pathfinder? Have you played or GMed Rise of the Rune Lords before? (This isn't disqualifying one way or the other, I just want to have an idea)

On the character side, what I want for now is:

1) A name for your character
2) a concept: A sentence or two describing the core concept of your character
3) a 'trouble': A sentence or two describing a major complication in your life
4) your role: what you imagine your characters role in a party might be. Melee? Ranged? Skills? diplomacy? healing? combat control? Pick 2-3, this isn't an exhaustive list.
5) A short (1-3 paragraph) scene describing a past adventure. It would be best if this occurred in or around the town of Sandpoint within the last 6 months. Feel free to use any of the NPCs listed in the 'Sandpoint' thread in your backstory.

As we play, others will be invited to add their character into your scene, so they should be taking place at a similar time and place. This may require some tweaking of the submitted scene.

I won't be taking first come first serve. Will likely make decisions on June 4 towards the end of the day in North America, but reserve the right to extend that.
