Funny, it never occurred to me there might be unarmed customers in a bar in a D&D game ;) Also, who's more the fool, the man with 8 Wisdom and no training in perception, or the fool who hires him to do security?

Yeah, I usually always consider everyone is armed in D&D. Including the small wildlife that poses a threat to level 1 characters!

Matrim is about to get into a spot of bother, and so I'll wait for Duncan and Harlo to see if they want to do anything before the bother starts and we roll initiative.

I haven't really done any of the Fighting Fantasy gamebooks, but as a kid I loved "choose your adventure" style books, and had a couple Middle Earth gamebooks.

I'm a quite the comics fan myself, though I haven't read any lately. They're getting quite expensive. In 2011 I was spending over $20 a month on Batman titles alone! Be happy to check out some free books.

Good thanks, mate. It's currently Monday 3:44pm here. I spent the weekend sleeping, reading, drawing and painting. Played some emulated N64 games a bit, too. You get up to much ?

Went to see Ant-man and the Wasp on Friday, took my mom to Bingo on Saturday (and won about $25,) finished playing Sleeping Dogs on Sunday, then recorded a podcast.

We had friends come over to spend the weekend with us playing board games. Got some Gloomhaven, Bastion, and King's Forge games logged.

Didn't get up to much, myself. Found a nail in my tire I had to get fixed, but other than that, it's mostly just been relaxing.

Work, eat, sleep, repeat for me.

My ISP is upgrading my internet today, during the day while I am at work. From basic ADSL to the Australian NBN.

The bar patrons are either not interested or too drunk. Some humour you and say "Yes", but you know they are unreliable.

The Inn cleaner, Olmar (half-elven male. Slender, quiet and wise), says he will be up late and up early and will keep an eye out for you, when he can, but he will also be busy cleaning the Inn.

Is Bhelmyr up early, like Cricket ?
